The Lanai faces a beautiful grassy area of the golf course with some lava formations along with the great Ocean and Golf views... complete with Teak fold out table - 4 chairs and 2 folding loungers with tropical cushions. There is a private BBQ located on Lanai.

Hali'i Kai Amenities are one of a kind! Multi-tiered Resort size pool with jacuzzi and waterfall. There are loungers right in the water! Oceanside cafe and bar with it's own gourmet chef. Fully equipped Fitness Center set on the lava cliffs overlooking the ocean. Watch the whales while working out! There are Tennis Courts on site that can be converted into Pickleball Courts. There is a half-court basketball court as well as a putting green. This complex is walking Distance to all that Waikoloa Beach Resort offers- Fun Ocean sports, fine dining, great shopping at both the Queens and Kings Shops. 5 star Golf at the Kings and Beach Courses.

Property has a front closet that has numerous beach supplies: boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, pool noodles, corn hole set, tennis rackets, coolers, etc.

Please be advised that the front desk is located to the left of the Hali'i Kai gated entry where you will need to check in to get the Ocean Club pass. They are open daily from 10 am-6 pm. Please note that the resort collects a mandatory $25.00 per day/per unit resort fee for use of the amenities. You will need to pay them directly with your credit card at the resort upon arrival. Cash or checks are not accepted.

The starter pack contains: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
