Bright and modern 850 sq ft condo on the third floor, fully renovated with an open layout that lets in tons of natural light. It’s in a great spot in Arlington — close to Boston and Cambridge, but way more relaxed, super safe, and perfect for families or anyone looking to avoid big crowds.

The Space:

Sleeping arrangement: 4 beds + 1 sofa bed | 6 guests
-Room 1: One (1) Queen bed
-Room 2: Two (2) Twin beds
-Room 3: One (1) Twin bed
-Livingroom: One (1) Sofa bed

Kitchen Area:
Full size fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, silverware, dining ware, coffee maker (works with ground coffee, no paper filters needed), electric kettle, toaster, etc.
-Note: We do not provide: Salt, pepper, coffee, condiments and spices.

Home Amenities:
2 Smart TVs, dining table, desk, books, soft lighting, high speed internet for work video conferences, Streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney plus.
-Note: We do not provide TV cable service.

Home Essentials:
Central baseboard heating, window A/C units (installed when the weather gets warmer), washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes steamer, towels/linens, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries (Body wash, shampoo, conditioner), toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels.
-Note: We do not provide laundry detergent

For kiddos:
Toys, books, a booster seat and a pack & play :)
-Note: We do not provide pack & play linens or a mattress. The pack & play comes with its sleeping pad..

Parking:
-One (1) assigned off-stage parking.
-If you have a 2nd car, a large parking lot is 4 minutes away driving (alewife station) and it’s 7 dollars per night.
-No overnight street parking. Street parking is only available until 11pm.

Security:
Three (3) security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Front, driveway and back.

The Neighborhood
Arlington has plenty of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Start with exploring Mass Ave, lined with shops, bakeries (Quebrada, Butternut, Tatte), Coffee Shops (Barisimo, Cafe Nero, Starbucks), restaurants (Toraya, La Victoria, Menotomy Grill, Zhu Vegan, Thrive Juice, Punjab, WooRi Korean, etc) or enjoy The Capitol Theater. Visit the historic Menotomy Rocks park or take a picnic at Spy Pond.
For Kids, the 2 closest playground/parks (a block away) are Crosby Park and North Union Park. Don't miss out visiting Fox library, full of toys, kids books, kids activities, etc. And it’s steps away from the house!
The closest Grocery shop is “Stop and Shop”, 10 min away walking/ 2 min driving. Closest pharmacy is CVS, at a walking distance.

Getting Around
Bus 77: Comes every 10 min and takes you to Cambridge in 10 minutes and Harvard Square in 15 minutes.
Bus 87: Takes you to Somerville, Cambridge, MIT.

Subway (Red Line):
Alewife Station is 4 min away by car, Porter Station is 10 min away by bus.
Both stations take you to Boston downtown, or MIT in 30 minutes aprox.
Best way to commute to Boston for a family? Park your car in Alewife station and take the subway.

Drive/Uber:
10 min: Cambridge, Harvard, Somerville
20-25 min: MIT, Boston Downtown, Brookline, TD Garden, etc
40 min: Salem

Biking/Jogging/Walking:
The Minuteman Bikeway is very close by and it is a fantastic path for cycling, walking or jogging. It’s flat, scenic and historical. Start at Alewife Station in Cambridge and make your way to Bedford, passing through Arlington and Lexington along the way. Pack some snacks and enjoy the ride!

House Rules Guests MUST comply :
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- This is a multi family home. Respect the other families and their sleep
- No smoking inside or around the premises. (Guest and visitors MUST comply)
- No parties or reunions, no glitter or anything that will make our space dirty.
- No loud sounds, music,TV
- No EV Charging. Do not extend a power cord from inside the house.
- Quiet hours: 9PM to 7AM

Change of dates Policy: Once the full refund cancellation window has closed, guests may add dates to their reservation but cannot shorten their stay or change the check-in date. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure a full refund if travel plans change after the cancellation policy has taken effect.
