Debra, thank you for your review - we are glad you enjoyed the beautiful gulf views, the shelling and quiet beachfront location! Southwest Florida is paradise during the winter, which is why so many people want to be here, causing our streets to be busy. Better to be stuck in the sunshine than the snow! We hire a professional photographer to take pictures of the unit so that the guest is fully aware of the decor before they make a booking decision. Nothing on the interior has changed since the photos were taken. Thank you again for staying with us!

Good morning Carol - we were surprised to receive your feedback as we spoke with you during your stay & none of these things were mentioned outside of the garbage disposal needing to be repaired. We have sent your feedback to housekeeping regarding the floors & shower. There is no mold in the property, but housekeeping understands the importance of bleaching out mildew that appears commonly because of our humidity. The condo is furnished by the owners and any extras (like the vacuum & mop) are provided by them; they're not supplied or used by housekeeping. We appreciate you bringing to our attention that it's time to replace the mop head and vacuum and have made the owner aware of your feedback. All bedding is laundered between guests and the Covid cleaning charge you reference is a CDC recommended fogging treatment that's done once housekeeping has completed their job & are on their way out of the property. We're glad you had a lovely stay overall and enjoyed the stunning views & beach area; they're one of a kind!
