Screened porch with in season hot tub, fire pit and grill year round and comfy furniture and table. Apartment equipped with all you need. Microwave, dining area, fridge. All dinnerware. Two large screen TVs with big channel line up including Netflix.Private concrete parking pad and entire community is gated. Beautiful home, gorgeous neighborhood very safe with sidewalks and parks.

I booked as a solo traveler for a concert in Apopka. The Apopka amphitheater was right down the road, and the next day I enjoyed Kelly Springs. Such a convenient location in a beautiful small town. Super comfortable bed and cozy space. Hosts are very kind and helpful as well. I would love to stay here again anytime I’m going to be in the area!

Perfect little spot for a family of 3 to stay. We spent most days exploring local natural springs and would stay at night for dinner and sleep. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt very secure and safe as it is inside a gated community.

This was the perfect place for me, a solo traveler. It was clean, quiet and secure (in a gated community). I loved having the extra room with a couch and dinette for TV viewing and having a quick meal. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area visiting family.

My Boyfriend and I stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and fully equipped.. Our 2 dogs were very happy to have a big fenced patio. Kings Landings was very close to the apt. Will totally recommend it.

This property was perfect for us for a short term stay. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. The host was ready to meet any needs. Much nicer than staying in a hotel! There was a fridge, toaster, Keurig, microwave, and hot/cold water dispenser. There were TVs in the bedroom and sitting room. This little apartment is in the back of a house, very quiet area. Playground within walking distance. This was very convenient for us as we have family living in the same subdivision. We didn’t explore the area.

The unit is a good size and was spotless. Linda had a Kuerig set up with coffee, sweetners and creamers. Also it had a fridge and microwave. Thank you Linda. Stayed just one night, but would stay longer.

Unit was very nice clean and perfect for our needs. The only negatives that I saw were lack of hangers, lack of a hairdryer and probably could’ve had an another chair for three of us. There really wasn’t a place for three to sit at the table but we made it work!!Loved the variety of coffees maybe and add tea also more utensils knifes, luckily we had some with us! We’d definitely consider booking again if we’re over that way.
