Great trip and great host. Plenty of room and lots of extras especially in the kitchen. The horses were sweet. Would’ve been fun to ride one.

We had such a nice time very clean well kept property, my grandkids enjoyed, feeding the horses and the fish in the pond

Serene, yet close to town. Large property- excellent for the price. Easy tocommunicate with host. Everything you will need for your stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home! It was absolutely adorable, decorated beautifully, and cozy! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the living room/kitchen table had more than enough space for all of us, a family of 4. Highly recommend, absolutely would visit again!

Pretty amazing an extraordinarily large home that is very well appointed and cozy. It’s BIG! Easy access to Waynesboro area as we used it as a base to visit properties to buy. Great value and very kind hosts who are helpful. We will be back as we found our new property in the area to build.

Lovely home and responsive hosts!

The home was just like the pictures! Very pretty and neat and clean. My kids loved all the horse decorations. I realized at 11 pm that I hadn’t brought coffee and there was none at the house. I messaged the host to ask if there was a backup stash somewhere. There was not, but she arranged for a delivery service to drop some off at the house at 7 a.m. the next day! Great service!

Nice, convenient and accurate listing.

The location and description of the property is accurate. Very convenient to Buffalo river and good food in Waynesboro. Nice open concept and we actually enjoyed the decor and collections even though we aren't horse people. Unfortunately the double wide trailer appeared to have been sitting empty since it was listed for sale. It could have been a little cleaner. Mirror and glass all dingy, and spider webs in most corners. But overall that wasn’t much of an issue. The master bed had a very comfortable mattress but the same could not be said about the other two rooms. Desperately need new mattresses. The dryer actually had so much moisture in it, we were scared to use. It was strange, literally water inside of it. And the property would be better without warning signs on owners closets/doors about live cameras in use behind the doors. That was a little creepy.

I'm so sorry you had some issues during your stay, not sure about the cobwebs?...where did u see then exactly?.. Also on the mirrors , I think my house cleaner had tried some new stuff that didn't do well...so apologize for this..we have since got some better quality glass cleaner. As for the mattresses, you are the first to dislike them...but I definitely appreciate your feed back and will try to improve them for the future.. As for the signs...I can definitely understand your perspective on that...and in hind sight...I agree, so the cameras inside the locked rooms have been replaced with door alarms instead..and the signs now sat: FOR OWNER USE ONLY, ALARM WILL SOUND UPON OPENING. again we really appreciate your feedback and we want to make any improvements we can to ensure our guests are comfortable & happy.

We booked the house to stay at after we went kayaking at Crazy Horse Canoe for the day. The location was perfect, only about a 10 minute drive. The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was awesome as well. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Will definitely be staying there again every time we’re in the area.
