Lucky you...I bet you thought "well this is reasonably priced place, cheaper then a hotel" That's because it is!
This Hall-Parlor style house was built in 1903 and is the oldest residential structure still standing in Helper. The masonry work reflects on the incredible craftsmanship of the immigrant Italian masons arriving in Helper during the turn of the century. This listing provides basic accommodations at a very reasonable price point. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.
