Welcome to Chanterelle Shores, a modern cabin nestled on the gentle waters of Lake Nottely! Your perfect lakeside escape awaits you, offering over 100 feet of private lakefront, thoughtfully designed spaces, and unforgettable views, ideal for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect in beautiful North Georgia. Our home faces TVA protected land that will never be built on, which means the waterfront is extremely private and peaceful.
With 5 bedrooms (3 on the main floor and 2 on the basement level), including 2 with private ensuite bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps your whole crew. Four of the bedrooms feature sweeping lake views, offering a peaceful backdrop from sunrise to sunset. There are four King-sized beds, providing premium comfort and ample space for a restful night's sleep. The fifth bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and two twin XL beds that can be combined to create yet another King bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. (Let us know in advance if you'd like the Twin XLs set up as a King!)
Outdoor living is a dream here: fire up one of the two grills, relax by the stone outdoor fireplace, or paddle the lake using two complimentary kayaks. Lay by the water's edge to soak up the sun, or bring your fishing gear and find out for yourself why our shoreline is an angler's paradise. Inside, the basement offers a cozy lounge with a huge sectional, massive flat-screen TV, and a game table perfect for puzzles, cards, or rainy-day fun.
Upstairs in the main living area indoors, you’ll find soaring tongue-and-groove ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, and an open-concept layout that invites gathering. We had an excellent time at this property! It was the perfect getaway for spending quality time with family and friends, catching up, and making wonderful memories together.We especially loved being so close to the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding, and we also rented a pontoon boat for tubing and exploring all that the lake had to offer. Having so many fun activities right nearby made the stay even more enjoyable.We were especially thankful that the property was pet-friendly, which made it possible for the whole family to enjoy the trip together. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Very clean and quiet with a wonderful view. Tons of seating on the back porch so a large group could enjoy. Well-stocked, and the owners were very communicative and responded immediately. Easy access to the house with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay—this place is beautiful! The owners were awesome and super easy to get in touch with. They really thought of everything, with so many little touches that made it feel extra special. We’d definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic and Quiet Home Away from Home
We stayed at this spacious lake house rental with a group of friends, my parents, and our dog—and it was perfect for all of us! The pet-friendly vacation home offered plenty of room, and the layout was ideal for multi-generational families. My parents were especially happy with how quiet and peaceful the property was—great for light sleepers looking for a restful night’s sleep.The large outdoor patio overlooking the lake was a highlight. It comfortably fit our whole group for evening hangouts around the fireplace, and the Blackstone grill made our cookouts extra special. We also loved exploring the backyard that led right to the private lake access, where we could swim and relax by the water.The lake views are absolutely stunning—sunsets were magical. And to top it all off, the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a peaceful lakefront retreat, whether it’s for a family vacation, friends getaway, or pet-friendly stay!
