We will often stay in the basement ADU with a separate entrance but you'll have full uninterrupted access to the main floor, top level and the backyard.
For guest stays of 16+, we'll include the basement ADU into the booking (there is a digital lock that separates the two from the interior and separate entrance on the side).

Notes:
* If booking before 12 July, you are unlikely to have garage access.
* I will be working on the landscaping a lot in May and potentially June
* We will be paving the backyard some time in the fall of 2025 or Spring 2026. Followed by some outdoor projects.
*The dirt in the backyard is EXTREMELY muddy and will stick to your shoes. Please leave your shoes outside if you walk through the mud.
* Entrance to the entire house, excluding the ADU (separate entrance); dual oven kitchen, laundry, backyard.
* Starting in mid July, you'll have access to the garage.
* Plenty of on/off‐street parking is available.
We often stay downstairs or will have guests stay in the ADU basement, so you may hear normal household sounds (especially from the downstairs entertainment room), but we respect your privacy. You'll also likely hear some train sounds in the distance but it's not loud enough that we have noticed it with the sound machines while sleeping. We’re available by phone or messaging if you have any questions or concerns.
No pets or parties allowed. We’re near Hwy 6 (2 minutes away) and I‐15 (7 minutes). UVU is roughly 22 minutes away.
Rules:
No third party reservation—If you book, you must also be staying in the unit.
The reservation must list the number of people who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house or on the premises. We do have exterior cameras, and you will be charged for extra guests.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. If we receive complaints regarding noise, we will kindly provide a reminder. If complaints continue you may be asked to leave.
No shoes in the house
No open flame candle burning inside the house.
No excessive drinking.
Nosmoking, or drugs on the premise.
Please do not park cars with leaks on the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street if needed. No parking or driving on the grass.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
No brought-in speakers, no glitter, no tape on walls, no confetti.
Do not unscrew, remove, open or tamper with any locked doors or restricted areas throughout the property.
No tampering with cameras or wifi
No mail or packages
No moving furniture
Please use the range hood when cooking strong odor foods and open the windows for ventilation.
Breaking of rules may result in being asked to leave.
