•This home is at the end of a one lane shared driveway, please use caution getting in and out.

•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or older
•One exterior Ring camera at front entry for security only;
•No pets (family allergies);
