Perfect weekend gathering

Got a small group together for a very very rare occasion that my husband had a weekend off work. This place worked out perfect for everyone. Plenty of privacy, space and a convenience location.

Excellent!! I needed some privacy and some relaxation time and that’s exactly what I got! Property is beautiful, the house is an older farmhouse but I loved it! Everything I needed was there and the host was super nice and very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely be back for some peace and quiet time next year! Thanks for sharing your home with me!

Pros .AC is awesome .. I thought for an older house, it maybe a tad warm inside the house, but the house stayed at a perfectly cool temp during our entire stay..Pool is perfect.. very clean, nice covered area to sit around .. water was clean and the water was a pleasant temperatureHouse was well supplied .. had a everything we needed for kitchen supplies, etc Beautiful area .. it was quiet and very relaxing Cons:Property has 2 bathrooms, however to use the bathroom upstairs, you have to go through a bedroom or go back downstairs and back up the stairs on the other side . In short, not an ideal set up if you’re doing an adult getaway, (each couple having a bathroom to use) but for a large family, it will work .. The upstairs bathroom itself is awesome, just not very convenient for the people staying in the other room upstairs .. The price is depending on per person, not based on a price per night .. I was originally looking for a place for 4 adults, but when I found this place that had 3 beds, I decided to invite an other adult couple, (being there were 3 bedrooms) .. and they were sure quick to charge me for 2 more adults and even the service fee .. I think this is completely ridiculous, as we were not exceeding the number of adults for bedrooms, and we only had 2 vehicles .. It’s a nice property, but in my opinion, not worth 500.00 a night

Fun Pool Stay

Franks place is a very beautiful piece of property! Secluded, lots of space, chickens, a very nice in ground pool! The house is decorated in french country decor, which is very inviting and adds a special touch to this renovated farm house. If you are looking for a family fun pool house, lots of outdoor seating and just a place for connecting eith family and friends, this is a perfect place to stay! Honestly, the only thing that was not easy, was keeping my kids out of food that was present in the home. The home is very spacious, and a comfy. We will love to return!

If you are looking for a vacation away from it all, Frank's is your place. But, no worries, if you need to run to CVS or food (grocery or fast food), it's a 15-minute ride.We needed a quiet getaway and that's just what we got. And, I got to swim everyday!!! Super plus!!! The inside and outside are decorated nicely, very comfortable. We enjoyed lounging by the pool during swim breaks and in front of the large TV in the living room, catching up on some movies. We cooked a few times, lunch and dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked; we did bring our own seasonings and condiments.Being from DC, seeing deer is common; but we also saw a lizard, something that looked like a wild turkey, a frog and a grasshopper, all hanging with us by the pool. A great stay and I am looking forward to visiting again.
