Welcome to your Florida vacation getaway! This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath villa in Clermont’s sought-after Orange Tree community is perfect for families or groups up to 10. With a south-facing screened pool and spa, two master suites with private pool access, and a fully equipped kitchen, this home has everything for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large Smart TV, fast WiFi, game room with pool table and darts, and even baby equipment (crib, high chair, strollers). Located just off Highway 27, you’re minutes from shops, restaurants, and Disney parks. The community also features tennis courts, pickleball courts and play areas for the kids.


Note:
There is an additional cost for heating the pool and spa.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted on the premises and could result in an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

Lovely vacation

The owner communicated with us quickly and was very thorough with any information we needed. The home is lovely and peaceful with fun extras like a billiard table. Our family had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful home from home

Clean, well appointment and very attractive. We could not have asked for a better base for our big family holiday. Yvonne could not have been more helpful both prior to and during our stay. Never mind five stars - I would give ten ! mindfive

Family vacation

The house was perfect. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. There was 20 of us and the house was very spacious. It had everything we needed.

Wonderful!

The house was well kept and had everything we needed! We had a little problem with the TV when we first arrived and the maintenance man was over quickly and made sure everything was in working order before he left. The owner was always quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend renting this house. We had a great stay!

Fantastic Family Environment

Upon our arrival, check in was very easy. The house was surprisingly much more spacious then described. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian was arriving the day after our arrival, but I must say that the owner and the management team were very attentive and responsive to our concerns. We felt safe in the home and had a great time.

best ever villa holiday

We visited this villa during October 2009, Yvonne supplied me with all the local information before we left for our holiday. The location was perfect as a base for discovering all that Florida had to offer. The villa was beautifully furnished and had everything necessary to make our stay a memorable one. The brilliant local management team were on hand to assist when needed. The location was great, it is near to shops, restaurants and just a short drive to the theme parks. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando.

Felt like home

This property made us feel like we were at home. Every step of the way was simple and easy. The owners would email to check on us to make sure everything was in order, which has never happened with any other property I've stayed at. We were all able to eat at the same table for meals. More importantly, when we wanted to just sit and relax in the living room, there was enough seating for all of us! We will definitely be booking this property again when we're all together.

A slice of paradise in Clermont

We totally enjoyed our family stay in Yvonne's home. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, GREAT pool area. Pool heating was perfect, keeping a warm luxury when temperatures dipped at night but NO issues even first dip in the morning. Would we go back...YES. The only observation re TV's ... no local network cable style access...,SO ...bring your home FireStick or such if watching network TV matters...it did not for us as we were a quick 15-20 minuite drive from Disneyworld ..which was our purpose for this vacation! Thank you Yvonne !

Amazing place to have the best vacation.

Yvonne is an amazing human being even though I didn’t meet her in person. I wish one day I get to. Her place was so lovely and most importantly it was so clean. I loved waking up in the morning and admiring the sky lights. My children had a blast. My baby loved crawling all over your place and thank you for leaving out the crib for us. It made me tear. I will be visiting again and making more memories with my family there. Love the Krahn family

Lots of room, nice pool, house is nicer than pictures!

We had a great stay! I think the house is actually nicer than the pictures show. It is huge and it was great for my older kids to have their own space. The pool area is great and there is lots of seating. We paid to heat the pool and we don’t regret that at all. The neighborhood is really nice and feels very safe. There are some good options nearby for food (publix) and restaurants as well. We typically stay on property when we go to the parks and didn’t intend to do the parks this time. We did add one universal day and we left at 7:00 am. We were parked by 7:45. This was perfect to arrive on time for rope drop.

Lovely

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely home. The home is spacious and comfortable and the owner is very nice. I do wish the management company would have had paper towels and toilet paper on site and that they would replace the many light bulbs that are out. Other than that, the home was absolutely lovely. Depending on the traffic, you can get to Universal within 25 - 45 minutes. There are many shops and restaurants near the home and the traffic isn't too heavy so it's nice.

WOW

Thank you so much Yvonne and Clive for allowing us to use your fantastic home.Well what can i say except for WOW your pictures truelly do not do your villa justice.From booking our holiday and even now the communication between Yvonne and myself has been fantasic any questions or queries i had have always been dealt with very quick and efficient we even recieved a christmas card from Yvonne and Clive which i thought was a really special touch. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need including superb cable tv in the main room a fantastic pool and jacuzzi which looked wonderful on a night with the pool lights on. The villa is located just along highway 27 which had a publix and a walmart close by so was great for popping in to buy essentials we needed. If we needed a quick snack there was a Wendys,KFC,BK,McDonalds and Taco Bell close by.If big restaurants are needed there are loads on the 192 which is just a short drive away. We will definatly be returning back one day and we will most certainly be recommending it to our family and friends. I would also like to say a big thank you to the management company for coming out and sorting out a fault on the alarm they were very quick and efficient.

Rare opportunity excellent property well located

Not often do you get the opportunity for a property as well maintained as this with fastidious owners always anticipating the needs of their customers. Everything is there .. pool , air conditioning , dishwasher, washing machines and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. Pool area furniture and indoor furniture and carpeting are of the highest standard and recently replaced. If you're not comfortable in this villa you won't be anywhere! Even a Games room. The location is just off the Interstate highway 27 with shops just down the road , Walmart , Sweetbay (a superb supermarket with quality delicatessen ) and JC Penney and oher stores at Clermont (about 6 miles away) going north. The Orange Tree development , and particularly this villa , is very quiet and well maintained. Disney parks are only 25 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby (Santa Fe, Chilis, Applebee etc) with several firms offering deliveries of Pizza and Chinese meals. If you fancy getting away from it all and in touch with Florida nature Lake Louisa State Park is only three miles away and is really beautiful. Overall a fantastic villa, with owners genuinely keeping it in tip top shape. Well located and all on hand you could think of to ensure you have a great Florida break.

My 6 year old cried when we left!

We stayed in Heron Villa for 3.5 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house was fantastic. It had EVERYTHING we could ever need and even baby equipment. We used the high chair for our 18 month old and borrowed the pushchair for our 3 year old when we went to Disney (a double pushchair at Disney costs US$31 a day to rent so it's worth taking your own). Our 3 kids were very happy in the house. There were plenty of teles to choose from (the adults could watch in the lounge and the kids in the bedrooms) and space to play. We used the outside area (garden) quite a bit too for run arounds and football. The house was in a quiet, safe neighbourhood yet close to the shops. It was just 7 minutes to Walmart and even closer to the local (takeaway) Chinese and Sweetbay shop. The main Disney drag was just 20 minutes away depending on traffic. It was very well located. I would certainly recommemd the house for families with children. Our 6 year old felt so at home there, he actually cried when we left!! The communication with Yvonne, the owner before we left was faultless. She couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. That certainly gave me a good feeling about our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. And Sue and Alan from the management company who look after the house were great. They responded immediately when the coffee maker stopped working and replaced it within hours. It was good knowing they lived close by (in the Orange Tree area) so if we did ever need anything in an emergency, they were only a few minutes away. Having an internet comnnection in the house was great. We used it daily to call friends and family on skype (we took our own laptop). Free international calls was a big bonus too. Towards the end of our holiday we discovered a Bob Evans and Friendlies close by (turn right out of Orange Tree and go up the US27) There was also JC Penneys there, TJ Maxx, and other restaurants for dinner (Red Lobster, Olive Garden). These places were closer than the restaurants on the 192/Disney drag especially as there's a lot less traffic. Downtown Disney is also worth a mention. It's free (even to park) and there's loads to see and do for adults and kids. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday. It was faultless. Thank-you!

Great house for everything

Very Good Choice

Other than Florida cold snap, this house is everything that we wanted it to be. Hot tub was actually Hot, right away without any extra questions asked. Very nice house which presented just as shown on VRBO.

Lovely villa close all amenities and Disney

We booked this villa for our family, myself, husband and daughter and my son and his wife and 3 children. The villa was very spacious and everything you needed was already thought of and provided. Regarding the bedrooms there were three bedrooms on one side of the villa and two bedrooms on the other which worked very well for us, 4 bathrooms another big plus. The villa was spotless and the pool and spa was a big welcome after a busy day. It was a short drive to Disney as we did it every day. There is a Publix and Walmart superstore very close by. The property doesn’t come with a bbq, Yvonne provided us with a company to deliver a bbq on hire. There is a games room in the garage which with the glorious weather we didn’t use.

Awesome Villa

Let me start by saying Mrs. Yvonne/Mr. Clive are wonderful host! Great communication. They did a wonderful job making us feel welcome into their home. Thank you! Now the picture on the site does not do justice. My favorite part of the home besides the pool area is the great room. I fell in love with the skylight the natural lighting during the day. You will have more than enough space for a family of 5+. The kiddos love having their own space. The neighborhood was quiet and private which was a plus. This is a lovely home we will be back

Great home in Clermont!

We selected this property based on the amenities and many other positive reviews for our Spring Break 2024. The home exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn't do the home justice and it had a wow factor when we walked in with spacious and comfortable rooms. Yvonne did an incredible job communicating and sharing detailed information we would need for our stay. We felt welcomed and called it home for the week. We really appreciated the neighborhood. While close to the Disney parks and every store imaginable, it was a quiet and safe neighborhood that wasn't inside the hustle and bustle of Disney. . The family had plenty of room to spread out in the home. With two teens, they loved having their own private spaces. The adults enjoyed the hot tub after clocking countless steps at Universal. We truly enjoyed our time, the comforts of home and the hospitality. We will be back!

Excellent Property/Great location

We spent two weeks at the property which is well equipped and clearly Yvonne and her husband have tried to think of every small detail to ensure that you have everything you need. The property management company were very very quick to deal with any issues and were really nice guys too. There is a Walmart 10 minutes away and a Publix just a couple of minutes away. We only had Universal tickets which was a 40 minute journey but Disney was closer. Communication with Yvonne was nothing short of fantastic and I really felt she wanted everything to be right for us. In fact she was so lovely I hope that I could meet her and her husband some time. If it is your first trip to Orlando I think this property would be ideal. Because when you realise the things you could have done with- it’s probably already in a cupboard. Thanks again and I am sure we will be back.

Wonder home and location
