Nestled in Seneca, located 7 miles from Clemson University. View spectacular sunrises and mountains on Lake Keowee minutes from restaurants, groceries, and conveniences. This lower-level flat approximates 1,000 square feet and offers 2 bedrooms with a cozy king, full, and queen bed setup. Kitchen equipped with modern appliances; including dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, wine chiller and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. This space has AC, heating, WiFi and a 55-inch television. Outdoor amenities include, table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, firepit, canoe, kayaks and paddleboards. Life jackets are available and required on kayaks, canoe or paddleboards. No lifeguard on duty, renters swim at their own risk. The owners occupy the upper level with only the yard being shared space

The host was very helpful with finding us a boat rental for one of the days. I definitely recommend doing this. I will definitely be back in the future.

Great for a family. Hard with 2 adult couples because the only bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms. Otherwise great location, clean, beautiful view with enjoyable lake. Swimming at the lake was a huge plus!

This flat is perfect for a single family. We had the best time this past weekend relaxing with our kids and enjoying everything that lake life has to offer. The water activities were perfect, and the host could not have been more accommodating. This is the perfect location when visiting Clemson.

Great place for a small family to stay for a Clemson football weekend. Great value vs. low-end hotels and closer to downtown (12 minutes) than most other lake houses.

Wonderful stay on the lake. Accommodations were great and we felt right at home. The hosts were very accommodating. The lake, dock and kayaking equipment was also a plus!

Beautiful place on a quiet little cove on Lake Keowee!! We loved the access to the dock, paddle boards and kayaks. The hosts were wonderful and very eager to please!! The lake is gorgeous and the water is perfect, you won’t regret booking this place!!

Weekend at lake keowee

We had a fantastic weekend at lake keowee. This was a perfect place to stay and enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Accomodations were excellent, place was immaculate and inviting. Kitchen was well equipped, appliances were new, and hosts were superb. Dock and lake access were perfect. Just off main lake, which allows for great swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking with great views of the lake and mountains. Highly recommended

Y’all this place is the best kept secret on the Lake! It had everything we needed to feel like home. We cooked all of our meals in a top notch kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Make sure you enjoy the fire pit at night, the scenery is just breathtaking. And the owners were excellent!!! Thank y’all for opening up your beautiful home to us. We will definitely be back next summer!

GREAT house

Kim and Chris were absolutely first class hosts. Our kids enjoyed everything about the house from the nice picnic table to eat in the shade while wet to the great dock with all the toys. We will definitely make another trip to their home. Five stars.

Loved it!!

My husband and kids stayed for 2 nights for my daughters16th birthday. We really enjoyed it. The owners were very nice, and helpful. The house is clean. Everything is provided, from toothbrushes, body wash, even dental floss. I loved that you can sit on the side of the dock on little seats in the water, and the stairs into the lake.Life jackets, and the huge mat to lay out on was great! Thank you for sharing your home! We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint i would have is that the 2 beds in the other room were very hard. But other than that we loved it.

Love this place! It was the perfect stay for our family looking for a quick trip to spend quality time together before we went back to school. View was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed swimming and jumping off their dock. Owners stayed in house above but did not even know they were there-quite and unseen. Our girls also loved the fire pit to make smores. We will be back to this place!

We could not have asked for a better stay. The hosts are top notch from communication, to cleanliness, to stocking the house with everything you could need…and pure kindness. The property is absolutely beautiful and perfect. We will be back.
