We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — steps away from all the yummy food and yet still so quiet. Our host was responsive and friendly and the house was clean and comfy. Thanks for a great time!

Loved this property. Comfy beds. It was a plus to have 1.5 bathrooms. The garage was an extra plus. The location was perfect. Short stroll to the beach and steps to shops, restaurants and Saturday market. I highly recommend staying at Ospreys Perch.

The Osprey Perch house was perfect. Right in the middle of town and an easy walk down to the ocean. Seabrook is a charming town with trails all around. A great place to relax.

Great property and host! We really enjoyed staying in this quaint townhouse. The location was perfect as just steps away from restaurants and shops. We may bring our grandchildren next time as this home was super kid friendly with toys, books, puzzles and games.

Will stay again

We loved our stay in Seabrook. Our kids thought the bunk beds were awesome. They were big, sturdy and comfortable for adults as well. The house is close to everything and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon!The only issue is we were asked to pay an additional deposit for our dog after booking which was not listed anywhere on the description. It would be good to update the listing with the pet fees required.

Thank you so much Larissa for a wonderful stay! The home was cozy and incredibly comfortable! The location couldn't have been better. It's right in the heart of Seabrook and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and grocery store. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly the home was. Larissa thoughtfully provided dog bowls, a designated meal area, and even a dog bed, which made traveling with our Winnie so much easier. It really felt like they had thought of everything. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in and finding everything in the home completely stress-free. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and would absolutely stay here again!
