Beautiful house ideal for large groups and children. Large and extaordinarily well furnished kitchen. Lots of spaces to congregate. 18 SHARC passes. 10 adult and 2 kids bikes. Bring helmets.

We loved the large kitchen with plenty of room and the multiple refrigerators. The house was clean and the amenities were great.

This house is nicely located. The 8 bedrooms, kitchen and hanging out space are great. The kitchen is better stocked than my own home. We did have some issues with things not working like the cooktop. We could only get one of 8 burners to light. I reported this along with a leak, a shower issue, etc on Wednesday and was told someone would address them after we left. That was not ideal. The general appearance of the house is a little tired. But the biggest complaint of almost all 10 adults was the mattresses. They are so worn that there is a big hump in the middle of the beds. I slept in the primary bedroom and I had to sleep on 2 pillows to keep from sleeping “downhill”. I would def come back to this Sunriver but I don’t know that we would rent this place again.

What an amazing house. It was wonderful for our family of ten spanning 4 generations. Each adult and our two teenage grandsons had an en-suite bedroom of their own, which was great! The living space and kitchen were perfect for games and conversation. We all loved the ping pong table and the pool table and had many friendly competitive games. The hot tub and outdoor area were in close proximity which was convenient but maintained the privacy of each area. There was a great supply of bikes for all ages. Perfect location - close to village and the marina. The house was very clean and well kept and was very well stocked in all areas. Check-in was easy and efficient.The host was outstanding - communication with the host team was clear, helpful and caring. I greatly appreciate the support and responsiveness of the COVH team. I look forward to staying at this wonderful house again.
