This expansive home is evenly split over two floors, providing plenty of privacy and room to breathe.

Dual Kitchens: Fully equipped with a dedicated Milchig (dairy) and Fleishig (meat) setup.

Sleeping: 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Sunroom: A bright, climate-controlled sunroom with a chess set—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon.

🎮 Indoor Entertainment

Private Cinema: A dedicated movie theatre room for the ultimate film night.

The Game Hub: Packed with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, Terminator 2, and classic PAC-MAN arcades.

Wellness: Brand new 5-person Custom Barrel Steam Sauna and a relaxing Hot Tub



Swim Spa: Featuring built in hot tub and separate swimming area

On the Water: Private dock for fishing and swimming, plus complimentary,  Kayaks, Fishing Boat (with motor) and a Paddleboat. (The fishing is incredible!)

We cater to the observant traveler with convenience and care:

Eruv: Private Eruv on-site, maintained by the Rav of South Fallsburg.

Shul: A short, beautiful walk (under 3 minutes) to the local Shul.

Pantry: Please ask us about our Kosher pantry options and local catering.

Proximity: Short drive to Kosher groceries and restaurants in the South Fallsburg area.

Easy check in/out procedure. Please note that we use Truvi for professional guest verification and additional insurance - there may be a minimal $35 additional charge, depending on the options that you choose as part of the on-boarding.



Late check-in and check-out options are available for a fee. Small Pets are fine - though we need to charge an additional $195 for Pets as part of our cleaning process.
