Quiet and convenient

The house is very clean, quiet location and the house has everything we needed. Jerry is very responsive when we need assistance. I love to return to his home when we visit the island again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the place. Great location. Very clean. Provided beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler bag which was very convenient and useful. Communication was good. Unfortunately WiFi was not working during our entire stay but that’s due to ISP problems, atleast the TV worked and there were good channels. overall would recommend for sure if staying in Kihei !!

Cozy place

Check in was easy and the apartment was clean. Pool is a short walk away and water is warm so the family loved it. Beach is also close by. It felt like home for a week and wished we could have stayed longer!

Family Vacation

This condo is in a great location and is clean. All the items needed for a great beach vacation were included. If you plan to cook a lot, I recommend getting a knife from Ross or the cheap Costco pack because all the knives are dull. Other than that, it's an excellent place for a small family.

Wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jerry's piece of paradise. It was so easy to communicate with owner and we never had any issues. The condo was very clean upon arrival, beds were very comfortable, we woke up well rested ready for more adventures or relaxation. We found the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware. We can't wait for a return trip to this piece of paradise.

Maui Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks , very comfortable, great beds, well equipped. We appreciate the beach chairs and boogie boards. The condo stayed cool with no need to use the air conditioning. Great location ,close to beaches, short walk to restaurants. Good family location and facilities, condo pics are accurate and condo was clean.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Condo is on top floor and is super quiet as well as being spotless and comfortable. Jerry has everything you need for a great stay in Maui. Area has several beaches and is close to shopping and restaurants. You can’t go wrong!

Wow!

Gerry was an AMAZING host and his place was just perfect for us. VERY comfortable beds, VERY clean, and GREAT location, a very short walk to a kid friendly beach. Our daughter also loved the pool! The complex was also very quiet. Thanks again so much, would highly recommend!

Short stay in kehei

Property was perfect for our needs . Very clean and close to all amenities . Only downside was not enough parking close up . We ended up with 2 vehicles and parking was a fair walk each time . Other than that I would definitely visit again !! Aloha

Fun Time, Excellent Location, Fully Equipped

We stayed at Jerry and Betty's condo for 2 weeks in Dec 2014. It was excellent, fully equipped and very comfortable, clean and modern. Jerry was excellent to deal with and the VRBO process was painless. The location is great, we rented a car but one really does not need to given the prime location. It was home away from home, already planning our return. Tracy British Columbia Canada.

Feel at home in Maui!

We loved our stay! Jerry was so nice and communicative. Check-in was super easy and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My family felt right at home and you can walk across the street to the beach and snorkel! A VRBO is sooo much better than staying at a hotel.. which we did on Oahu. My parents said they would totally come back to Jerry's place vs going to one of those big resorts which are WAY too crowded. I can totally see myself booking this place again.

Simple and Sweet

The condo was great, loved the decorations, great Hawaiian feel to it. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Had beach chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. Good sized cooler for packing lunches for a day trip. The only thing missing was a bar of soap for the showers, not a big deal. Had a great time!

Amazing stay in Kihei

Our unit was just as described and fit our needs perfectly! Spacious enough for 4 adults plus our infant. Jerry was a dream to communicate with and the condo was stocked to the brim with essentials (and bonus items like spices and Tupperware!). Location is amazing, across the street from stunning Charley Young beach, a short walk to central Kihei where the action is, and 20 mins from airport. Couldn’t have asked for more!!!

Great communication with Jerry and location was perfect. Only complaint was some one either below us or next door to us smoked cigars at night and made sitting on the balcony impossible while they were smoking.

Wonderful!

This condo was so comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home. Jerry is an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with him. The pictures do not do this justice. Location couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to wonderful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We didn't really need to use the rental car very much. We will definitely rent this place again!

Everything we needed

This condo is in a great location if you are looking to walk to the beach, store or dinner. You can see the sunset from the lanai or walk across to the beach. This condo was a perfect fit for us and our 2 young kids. It had everything we needed to make our time in Maui relaxing and enjoyable. Gerry was always quick responding to our inquiries. Will definitely book here again. Thank you!

Good value

I agree with the previous review written by Kathy. Additionally, Gerry made the reservation process pleasant. He also was responsive and helpful when we needed to phone him due to some problems we had operating the TV. I appreciate that our deposit was quickly refunded.

Beautiful, comfortable, great location

My small family of three greatly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo directly across the street from an AWESOME beach! The hosts were amazing at communicating and answering any questions we had promptly. We loved having two bedroom AND two bathrooms. When the fresh air was too hot, the A/C worked great! The kitchen was stocked with all the basics that we needed. The location, Kihei, is very central and we found it was easy to explore anywhere on the island easily. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfy spot in Kihei! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!
