About this space
Relax with the whole family at this tucked away lower level walkout unit, right on the St. Croix River. Located steps away from the Overlook on the St. Croix, St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, and the Civic Auditorium, this lower level 3BR/2B unit will be the perfect place to relax and recharge. We have the perfect fenced in area to enjoy the seasons, and are a 10 minute drive to Wild Mountain and Trollhaugen.

The space
Located right next to the St. Croix River, you'll be greeted with stunning views and beautiful sunsets into the valley! We have a fenced in yard, perfect for relaxing next to the firepit while grilling. Lots of parking makes packing in and out a breeze!

Please note that there is not direct waterfront access to the St. Croix River on the property.

Guest access
The entirety of the lower unit and fenced in yard is for your use! The upper and lower units are separated by locking doors; neither party would have access to the other unit. There is a step free access on the west side of the building, with parking directly in front of it. Access to the south side requires the ability to maneuver 2 steps. Access to the fenced in yard has three steps, but does have a step free entrance through grass.

Great stay! Roomy and clean. We were also impressed with the beautiful walking path that leads to the Saint Croix landmark nearby. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly with a few needs we had at checkout. This is a rare find in the Saint Croix area.

Fabulous location! So lovely to be right on the river and be able to walk the path along the river to the cute downtown area. Also close to many fun dentations, like wineries and restaurants. We took the suggestion of the host and had a lovely dinner at the Dalles Supper Club. The property was super clean and just how described. My only suggestion would be to have the option of ground coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice super clean property for us (3 couples and baby) gorgeous walk in showers, right in downtown St Croix but very quiet with the river and walking path out the front door. Self check in(keypad) was super convenient and lots of parking(we had 3 cars)...would highly recommend!!

This property is perfect! The location is beautiful with the river literally in the backyard and paved trails leading directly to main street for easy shopping, restaurants, and additional river views. The property was adorably decorated with high end luxuries, yet very cozy. An added bonus is that it is pet friendly with a fenced area and trails for safe walking. Communication with host was exceptional and I will definitely highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We are a family run operation, trying to keep a cherished piece of land and history in the family. Our parents bought this property in 2000 for an orthodontic clinic, and it was lovingly renovated by our grandpa to fulfill our mother's dream of a beautiful view outside the clinic. She retired from private practice in 2023, and it was once again renovated by our dad and uncle. We have had many people come through our doors and leave with smiles; we hope you do the same!

Summers offer amazing hiking trails, canoeing or kayaking, and winters having an abundance of cross country skiing and snowmobiling trails! We are 10 minutes from both Trollhaugen and Wild Mountain ski hills.
