Our group had an amazing stay at the Pocono Grand Chalet. The house is beautiful, and the layout can’t be beat. Ellen was an awesome host and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I look forward to booking there again!

We had a great experience staying at this house. Ellen was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The house itself was beautiful, very clean, and comfortably accommodated our large group. The bar/game room was a great space for everyone to hang out and spend time together, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also excellent and convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great stay.

We had an amazing weekend and couldn’t have found a more perfect property- close to the mountain, beautiful view, a huge dining table, a well appointed kitchen and comfy beds! Really appreciated that the bar room was nearly sound proof!I would definitely stay again! Thanks Ellen!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the chalet. It is perfectly equipped, warm, and very welcoming. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay extremely comfortable from the moment we arrived. The chalet offers a great balance of coziness and functionality, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend it and would be happy to stay again! The owner is very responsive.

Had an absolutely incredible trip with my friends in this home. Fit all 16 of us super comfortably and the house was thoughtfully and meticulously designed for large groups to come together and have a great stay. Amazing location in the poconos. Ellen is fantastic!

We rented Lake Harmony for our annual family vacation. We are a group of thirteen - including four little ones three and under. Absolutely perfect stay! The house was awesome - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Ellen was a fantastic communicator and provided a great welcome guide. Whether we were relaxing on the deck, sitting by the cozy fireplace in the large family room, or cheering on our favorite sports teams in the bar, the house had it all! The location was perfect, offering peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back! Thank you Ellen for sharing your lovely home with us!

My family had a wonderful stay in August 2026. The online inside pictures are accurate. It is a big, beautiful home. All the bedrooms are spacious and furnished very nice. The kitchen, dining & living area are spledid. We really enjoyed the rec area with bar & the deck. The hot tub was probably our favorite feature!Our biggest issue was the home was not clean to my standards. The host was very responsive when I notified her & the biggest issue was addressed immediately. She offered to have the house cleaed more but I did not want it to distract from our vacation so I declined. The pictures do not display the poor landscaping on parts of the property or the houses being built on either side. We were fortunate that no building construction occurred while we were there.My family really enjoyed the Lake Boulder Resort Club! We spent a lot of time there swimming, boating and relaxing on the beach. Ellen was a very communitive host!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the house. Yes there is another house that is almost completed being built next to my house. I have never had anyone complain about any noise or issues with that construction so I’m glad to hear that. It did not disturb you either. The other side as you know is my lot which is just for parking. The landscaping has been a sticking issue for me because it is the responsibility of the HOA and since these are new homes, it’s been difficult to get them in to take care of it. I am happy to report though just last week it’s been cleaned up and the beds are all clean and nice as well. We did have a change of Cleaners within our cleaning service and I was very disappointed with them that they missed some areas and it impacted your state, but hopefully you agree that it was addressed immediately. All of our other reviews on all of our sites are 5 stars with cleanliness being one of the top things that people report so I think this was just a one off situation, but I certainly appreciate you having brought it to my attention. We strive to provide a 5 star stay for all guests every time so it’s valuable to have your feedback to ensure that is the case. We would love to have you come back anytime. Thank you again.

The house was great! Everything felt new, super clean, and very well thought out. Having two parking spots up front plus extra in the back was super convenient. The bonus game room was a fun surprise, and the open layout in the dining and living areas made it easy for everyone to hang out together while still having space for different groups. The big balcony with multiple seating areas was another highlight and made for a really nice experience. On top of that, Ellen was amazing—very connected and super helpful throughout our stay. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommend!

This house was stunning my family and i stayed there this this past weekend for my 60th birthday dinner. The mountain views from the house was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and very stylish. Everything was well stocked the coffee station, the linen, dish soap garbage bags and body soaps in the bathrooms. Im so glad that my family picked this house to have my birthday dinner it was just perfect for us. The bar room was the most fun we were able to play pool and look at tv at the same time. The Host Ellen was great she went above and beyond and gave us a warm welcome by texting me to find out if we were comfortable or needed anything. We didn't have to leave the house Everything was supplied for us. We are planning to visit again on the summer. Thanks Ellen for your great hospitality.
