Comfortable waterfront home with private dock and large yard. Three bedrooms and two full baths. The house has Cable TV, WiFi and Air Conditioning. If you need additional space for visiting parents, family or friends, you can rent the studio apartment for an additional fee. The studio sleeps 2 and is on the same property.
This property is only two miles from the center of town and the closest Vineyard (Kontakosta) is within walking distance. If you are looking to relax in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and soft breezes, this is the place for you. You can use the kayaks to paddle to the nearby beach. Fish off the dock or go for a swim. Your Hammock awaits you!

My first time out to the North Fork was 29 years ago for a family visit. I stayed in Orient with my two small children at that time. I fell in LOVE with this area and have been coming out ever since. My sons have spent every summer vacation out here swimming, boating, water skiing, and making friends. My husband and I bought a home in Orient 15 years ago. It is my place of residence when I am not working in New Jersey.
We bought this home in Greenport in 2009 decided to list this properly as a vacation rental. It's a very lovely place, simple and comfortable. There is almost always a breeze under the large tree in the back yard. Lying in the hammock and looking down the waterway all the way to shelter island is so relaxing.
