Welcome to "Le Nid Trailside," a cozy 1-bedroom/1-bath ground floor unit just minutes from downtown Traverse City and the scenic shores of Bryant Park Beach. Nestled on the TART Trail, this bright and well-equipped unit is perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends looking to explore everything Northern Michigan has to offer – from Mission Peninsula wine tours to vibrant dining and shopping scenes.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

This comfortable unit features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, soft linens, and ample closet space. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed, allowing up to 5 guests total. A Pack N Play, toys, and children's games are also available for traveling families.

Enjoy the spacious full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and plenty of space for everyone to get ready. Fresh towels, hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, Instapot, and a coffee/tea station. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room with a large flatscreen smart TV, a variety of board games and books, and plush seating. The unit opens to a walk-out patio, perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying some fresh air.

Check-In/Check-Out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team can accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
This condo is on TART trail walking/biking through downtown. Within short walking distance to multiple restaurants and breweries. It is located within a few blocks of a grocery store, half a mile to Bryant Beach, and a short drive to the Old Mission Peninsula where you can enjoy our fantastic wineries. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more.
Mid-Stay Cleaning: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Security Deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
Cancellation Policy: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this unit.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees.
