Parties and large gatherings are not allowed per VRBO policy.

🚫No Drugs or Illegal Activity
Use or possession of illegal substances, or involvement in any unlawful activity (including prostitution), is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.

🚫 No Firearms
For everyone's safety, firearms are not allowed on the property. Violations will result in cancellation of your stay.

🚭 No Smoking Inside the house/garage
Please don’t smoke inside to keep the space fresh for everyone. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.

🐾 No Pets
To maintain an allergen-free environment, pets are not allowed. A $500 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.

🚫 No Unregistered Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Non-disclosed guests staying overnight will be charged $50 each per night.

🚫 No Glitter or Confetti
To help keep the space clean, glitter and confetti are not permitted.

🚫 No Hair Dye or Eating on Beds
To prevent stains, hair dye is not permitted and please enjoy meals in the kitchen or dining areas.

⚠️ Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage, or loss that occurs on the property during their stay. All property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported issues will be submitted to the booking platform.
