The home was as described in the listing. It is located in a historic section of town surrounded by other wonderful homes and very close to dining options.Mr. Harris was very gracious and made himself available for any questions we asked. Mr. Harris offered dining ideas based on our input and shared interesting facts about the area.The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The dining room table was perfect for our meals and game nights.We were all pleased with our stay.

Great home, excellent location near downtown W-S, wonderful neighborhood, warm and friendly host. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return in the future.

This property was the perfect stay for my family. More than enough space for us to spread out but also a large dinner table for us to gather. The rooms were perfect, the entire house well stocked with the basic essentials and very clean. The location was awesome - walking distance to coffee, shops, and brewery. Tom was super communicative and understanding of questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely love the home and the area. Top notch! From the architecture to the comfortable living quarters to the spacious outdoor living, this home checks all the boxes. The host was very communicative. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. This home is a gem!

We really enjoyed this beautifully decorated and appointed home. Location is the best! In walking distance of coffee shops, shops and restaurants. The hot tub was perfectly heated and ready for use and the other amenities were in working order. It was nice to have all we needed when we arrived, including coffee, dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap and tp. Tom was very responsive and accessible and it was a pleasure connecting with him.

The house was amazing. Tom was very gracious and helpful. All our plans for the weekend were canceled due to the weather..we were basically snowed in... but it diddnt matter we still had a great time just being in that house.i would highly recommend going there if you need a place to stay in winston salem 5 stars from us!

Tom was a great host--solicitous and helpful. The house is beautiful and spacious. Our family--my wife and I, our three daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren loved the house and the amenities. Grandkids were in the hot tub, our older two granddaughters loved sleeping in the coach house behind the main house, wonderful kitchen.

What a fantastic property! Hands down, the best of the best. We only wish we had found it several years earlier. We were in town for our son's graduation, so we had several questions in advance. The host's communication was top-notch. The check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough. I really appreciated that we also received them via text. Since we had a lot going on, it was easier to make sure we were following all instructions. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Thank you!

This property is elegant and stunning! It is very spacious and the perfect place to host gatherings! Our daughter recently got married at the little chapel at Haven Ridge and this was only 15 minutes away and the perfect staging ground for the wedding party and a family brunch the day after! There is a large dining room table and a large kitchen and plenty of sitting and gathering spaces. It’s an elegant older home that has been updated and is comfortable and beautiful and spacious! There’s a large porch for people to gather with a toddler gate and tables in the back with a pool, a hot tub and a sauna! This has it all! We were stunned at the elegance and amount of space. Plenty of room for everybody! It’s also in a nice tree line neighborhood and can walk to some restaurants which is very convenient.

This home on Summit Street in Winston-Salem was an amazing stay for my husband & I, our 2 children & their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. It had 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. We all thought the beds were so comfortable. The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. We could walk to many places. A highlight for all of us was the pool, hot tub & sauna. We also enjoyed the front porch with the rocking sofas. Having all our family in one home was so special to us!!

This house was perfect for our family get together! The pool was great - the kids really enjoyed it. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend! Tom was also very accommodating.

Enjoyed our family weekend over the 4th of July weekend. We wanted a place that was close to restaurants if needed but mainly a pool and a place to relax. We found it there and a very quiet neighborhood.
