Kitchen & dining A full kitchen gives you the option to cook meals at your own pace, and the dining table offers a comfortable place to gather. With space designed for preparing breakfast or enjoying a quiet evening in, it becomes an easy spot to pause between exploring nearby neighborhoods.
Living & comfort The living area features a TV and a setting suited for unwinding after time out in the city. Air conditioning helps maintain a pleasant indoor environment throughout the day, and WiFi keeps you connected. The single level layout with no stairs adds to the ease of moving throughout the home.
Bathrooms Two bathrooms offer hot water and bathroom essentials to support your daily routine. Each space is designed to feel functional and refreshing, whether you are getting ready in the morning or winding down at night.
Access & features Self check-in through a keypad allows flexible arrival, and the private entrance offers direct access to the home. An elevator in the building supports step-free movement to the single level residence. Free parking on the premises adds convenience for guests arriving by car.

Note 1. Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles. 2. Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1. 3. Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
