Summary:
The historic Farmer’s Supply building is one of the oldest buildings in Floyd. Located in the heart of Downtown Floyd, the family owned and operated Farmer's Supply building has recently been brought back to life and houses two commercial tenants and boutique units, known as The Farmer's Supply. With the addition of local photography and art, we hope to keep the local culture at the center of our guests' experience.
The Space:
This one bedroom, one bath unit is equipped with fast, high-speed internet, modern finishes, concrete floors, in-unit washer/dryer, and has everything you need for a short or long stay in Floyd. Queen size bed provided. This unit accepts pets for an additional $60 per pet.
The Neighborhood:
The Farmer’s Supply is located in the heart of downtown Floyd, only a short walk to many of Floyd’s favorites!
Getting Around:
This unit is located on the ground floor and you will not have to climb any steps to enter the unit.
Public Parking: Free overnight parking is available behind the Floyd County Courthouse, located across the street from Farmer's Supply. Please note that overnight street parking is not permitted per the town of Floyd. Make sure to review the check-in instructions for more details.
Interaction with Guests:
While we won’t be physically present during your stay, our team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns before, during, and after your stay! The best way to communicate will be through your booking platform but can also be reached by phone.

Farmers Supply is the ideal spot to stay in Floyd. Literally, all of the shops, the Farmer’s Market, the Artisan Market and at least a half dozen restaurants are a short walk from your door. Our ground floor unit was spotless and well-equipped with all that we needed. It cost a little more than we typically spend for accommodations, but the convenience of being able to walk to so many places more than made up for the price.

This property was located in a perfect spot. I’ve never stayed in a cleaner apartment. It was a great stay and I’d highly recommended this location.

We LOVED this property!!! It was clean and welcoming!! Check-in was super easy! The bed was really comfy! The kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities! We will definitely stay there again!!

We had an exceptional experience staying at the Historic Farmer’s Supply. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The space was clean, comfortable and inviting. Everything we needed was provided. The location is perfect for walking to enjoy music, eateries and the farmer’s market. We wished we could stay longer!

Comfortable, great location within walking distance of everything downtown, quiet etc... We will be back to Floyd, which we fell in love with, and will stay here again if it is available.

This property was as described. Very clean. It was great that we didn’t have to tackle steps. The kitchen supplies are very, very, basic. A tray or cutting board would be nice additions! We arrived an hour early for check-in. I asked if we could check in at three instead of four. We were told we could for an extra 25. I would definitely stay again at this property. The location is awesome. This was our second stay in this building. The first time was on the second floor.
