A secure parking garage is available for added convenience, making arrivals and departures easy at any hour. Guests also have access to a pool (seasonal) on the property—perfect for a refreshing dip during your visit. Everything is set up to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience

A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the house, offering direct routes to downtown Victoria, the University of Victoria, and other key destinations. For those who prefer to drive, we offer ample guest parking and are just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown, local beaches, and scenic parks. Hillside Mall, only a few blocks away, makes shopping and dining a breeze, with options like Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and local favourites like McRae’s close by. The area is also bike-friendly, with designated cycling routes for easy and eco-friendly travel. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, everything you need is within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:
The washer and dryer are beneath the main patio deck, near the entrance to the lower suite—you may occasionally see other guests. Laundry pods and fabric softener are provided.

The shared BBQ must be kept clean and dry after use to prevent rusting. Dispose of scraps in the drip tray or compost bin on the deck.

The pool is self-cleaning, but please clean up any excessive mess you create.
