Cozy, Modern Bay Views for Six!

Hi Sharon. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the floors seemed unclean to you. If you had notified us of this during your stay, we would’ve been happy to mop them again. When you asked for more towels ahead of your stay for your party of two, we asked if you needed more than six sets of towels. You indicated that was enough. When you arrived, you simply overlooked the six towel sets. We were never hesitant to provide you with additional towels. We even offered to bring you new towels in place of those you considered “worn”. We do not provide decaf coffee but made a special point to do so at your request. As for the odor, unfortunately our condo shares walls with other owners. We cannot control the odors that may permeate from other people. We know the balcony is small; our listing photos show that. Before your arrival we sent you a very detailed list of the items we provide. These are free-of-charge amenities and we are sorry that six ounces of each product did not suffice. Mattresses are very much a personal preference, but each of these mattresses were purchased new fourteen months ago. When you left, you took the key to our property. We asked that you return the key with urgency because of security reasons and because another guest was arriving a few hours later. We had to produce a new key for the next guest, which we did at our expense. We do appreciate you taking good care of our unit and we accommodated every request you had during your stay. Thanks!
