Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
