ALEXINA'S DREAM. Escape to this charming 4-bedroom villa in Saint Martin at the top of the Hill of Happy bay beach. Perfect for a week getaway or more, this stunning property offers full amenities and a serene atmosphere. Enjoy your mornings with a coffee on the terrace gazing at the crystal-clear waters, have a swim in the heated pool or a break in the large jacuzzi. You will stay at the best place for breathtaking sunsets every evenings.Guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a fitness room during your stay. Our fantastic retreat will make you feel right at home in Saint Martin.
The nightly rate are based on 4 bedrooms villas but the villa could be also rent in 3 bedrooms. Send me a request if you need more information.

The outdoor living is terrific. Facing the water (northwest) shaded all day so we would hang out here from morning to night. Housekeeper very thorough, management excellent to work with. Our departure day was canceled due to the air space restrictions. Management was very easy to work during this time. We were fortunate to be able to stay in the house until we could rebook flights.

We loved our stay in Grand Case! The property was beautiful. We were a group of 8 adults and were all very comfortable for with sleeping, eating, and hang out arrangements. The house is well positioned on a hill with a beautiful lookout. It's close driving distance to grocery stores, multiple beaches and restaurants.The only thing to consider is beach accessibility by foot. You can walk from the house to either Friars beach or Happy Bay beach (both beautiful) but it's a steep, rocky hike (especially in flip flops). It's doable, just be mindful and maybe pack some tennis shoes. There is also ability to drive down and park closer to more even walking paths for both beaches. Working with Melanie was a breeze and she was super friendly and attentive. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend!!

Villa Alexina was a beautiful, comfortable and clean property. It was even more beautiful in person than the photos. We enjoyed the hike down to Happy Beach and found Happy Beach to be the most beautiful of the beaches we went to. The walk to Friars Beach was also nice and the ability to grab a bite to eat within a walk was nice. We got our workout on the way back up to the Villa!We enjoyed all of the outdoor living space at the Villa so much that we were content to just hangout there. We did several restaurants in Grand Case which was an easy drive from the Villa. Melanie was a very good host who responded quickly to any of our requests and questions.
