We had a great time at the property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We saw a couple manatees and dolphins swim in the canal. The location was great and short drives to the beach and restaurants.

Wonderful home, very clean, anything you could want is in this home. Lots of towels, extra comforters and blankets, extra toiletries, well appointed kitchen with many utensils including spices, flour, sugar. Lots of pool and beach toys to use, and fishing gear. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shoppers. Nice quiet neighborhood and great view out to the canal. House is a great size with plenty of room for a few guests. Patio furniture was pretty worn but heated pool was fantastic. Hosts reached out beforehand to let us know we could contact them if we needed anything which was a nice touch. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

Pool & Beach

The house is a great spot to relax in separate spaces or together in the Livingroom, indoor or outdoor dining spaces, or in the pool. The rooms are spacious as well. The quick drive to the beach makes it such a convenient stay.

Cozy vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Marco Island! This house was perfectly situated for us-close to good fishing spots, walkable to shops/restaurants in town and just a bike ride away from the beaches. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was cozy. Heated swimming pool & dockside nighttime fishing were the cherry on top to a great stay!

Great property and location and the owners are a pleasure to work with. House was in great shape, as described, and well furnished with everything you need for a great stay. If you have questions before booking don't hesitate to ask the owners as they are very responsive.

The house was very well kept and in a great location on the island.

We spent New Years week with our adult kids and 2 grandkids at this home. We had lots of space inside and out. Great pool with all the toys and lounge chairs for us.

Spring break trip

My family of 5 and my parents stayed here for a week during our kids Spring break. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved the pool and the view of the canal behind the home. We went fishing off the dock and caught some catfish. The beaches are a quick drive. The home had everything we needed for our family! The owners were quick to answer questions and help us with our needs!The Dyer Family

Nice House

This house is what we expected. It was clean and nothing to complain about. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything on the island. The owner contacted us the day we arrived to let us know it was ready ahead of schedule. We would stay again.

Wonderful Week in Marco

My husband, 4 young sons, and I so enjoyed our week in Marco Island! We especially loved the layout (big open kitchen and living spaces with 2 bedrooms on one side and 2 on the other side) and the pool! While this house is not walkable to the beach, it is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to some shops and restaurants. The beach and other attractions are an easy drive away. The hosts were very communicative as well. Thanks for sharing your home!

Quiet Neighborhood

The house had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The beds were comfy. Our son really enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught a few fish. There was a cold front moving through during our stay so the pool was a little chilly and the adults didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted, but we still had a wonderful time. We even saw a few burrowing owls! There’s so much to do and everything is close by. We plan to return next year!

Great Marco House with Pool

We enjoyed everything Marco had to offer. Beach access on the island is more difficult than other areas, but the beaches are worth it! This house has a large pool area with TV, plenty of spots to sit around, and a view of the waterway behind. The house is spacious and allows people to spread out within it. There are many signs with directions and instructions around the house that is a bit much, but the high ceilings, natural light, and space is great! Would definitely recommend the house.

Great home base for our family

This house was perfect for our needs while staying in Marco Island! It was very centrally located and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was very spacious, open, and comfortable, which was important because we spent a good amount of time here. We have young kids and needed a good home base in between our activities. The one thing I would mention, which doesn't impact our good review at all, is just that the two twin beds are very high off the ground, which is hard to tell from the picture. They provide bed rails, which was very helpful. But for our two-year-old in particular, we felt quite nervous having him in that tall of a bed, and he did manage to fall out even with the bed rail on. Our almost 4-year-old was fine, but I just wanted to mention it for anyone who has a younger toddler like we do. We just weren't expecting the beds to be that high! Overall, we had a great experience here and would recommend it!

Our trip was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and check-in was smooth. My son forgot his wallet and was very upset. Dean went to the property and retrieved it and is sending it to us. We truly appreciate everything you and your property had to offer. Thank you for a fantastic week.

La casa esta linda y muy comoda para la familia pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba pasamos mucho calor esa semana tuvimos q comprar ventiladores por lo demas barrio tranquilo

We worked with our AC company to address the issue, replacing parts to get it operable, only to have the whole system fail the next day. We did refund one night for the inconvenience while we worked to fix the issues and offered to return funds paid for nights remaining in your reservation if you wanted to leave the day we determined it could not be fixed. You decided to stay the remaining 2 nights. We appreciate your patience through the process and welcome you to stay with us again in the future. A great family and friends stay

We truly enjoyed our 5 weeks at this home. It was large enough and the floor plan was excellent for our group when we had 6-8 of us living there! The pool was excellent and the grandkids could not get enough time in the water. We love the canal access and when renting a boat for 10 days truly took advantage of the dock. Also it's location for groceries, drug stores, restaurants and other shopping was perfect. Thanks Dianne and Brian for the opportunity to build great memories in your Marco home!
