Second time staying here and still very pleased with this house. Plenty of comfortable spaces, very clean, good beds and well stocked. Feeling thankful for the privilege of staying here on our travels. See you next time if the Lord allows

Wonderful place

We stayed here for the Winnsboro art festival. It was really convenient and a wonderful place to stay. Very roomy, clean, updated. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great place

Excellent and as advertised. Excellent kitchen, clean and secure yard. Enjoyed the Jersey Girl dairy close by. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent. I will definitely reserve again and have already recommended it to others! House was comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils etc. We stayed over Christmas and arrived to the home seasonally decorated and very cozy! Great place

Convenient and cozy

I enjoyed my stay at this property. All the amenities were at my fingertips. The proximity to Winnsboro's downtown was particularly nice.

Great Place

This place was awesome! Highly recommend you book. The location was great. It was right in town close to all restaurants and grocery stores. We were there for a wedding at Lake Cypress Springs and it was only a short 15 min drive there. The house was clean and well stocked. Fit family of 6 very comfortably.

Cute house just as pictured!

Reserved the home as a place for overflow guests on a holiday weekend and it did not disappoint. Very cute & comfortable! Only issue was with cold water flow as some sinks only had hot water but owner was responsive and I would definitely rent house again!

A surprisingly nice stay for the eclipse!

The house was very nice, and matched the pictures well. It looked to have been remodeled recently. It had the largest island in the kitchen that I have ever seen! It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the towels were new and high quality, even the paper products were top spec. There’s a grocery store just a few miles away, and Winnsboro is a nice town to spend some time in.

Win in Winnsboro

The house was perfect and very well stocked-no fighting for towels or washcloths, all the kitchen items including baggies. The house was even decorated for Christmas. The most comfortable beds and couch. If I ever have a chance to be in Winnsboro again, I am definitely looking to stay here first. No regrets.

Wine fest weekend

The house was GREAT!! Very clean , convenient to everything !! The beds were VERY comfortable. The house is located on a very busy loud road; but will definitely stay again !!! Never had to call owner . We used the gas grill which worked perfect the fireplace was nice on one cold morning. A great time was had by all hated to leave !!!!

Nice, clean and efficient, we enjoyed the large living space of the den, kitchen, dining area although we didn’t cook any meals, everything you need in the kitchen was available. Plenty of towels and extra blankets for snuggling up to watch TV and play video games with the family. Stash of board games in the closet was a good touch. Nice to have a door that exits to the small fenced yard area. Appreciated the foldable luggage rack in the master bedroom. Would have been nice to have one in the other rooms as well.

Mid-century charmer

This house was perfect for a family. All beds were comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Kitchen was large and easy to fix a meal in. I usually don’t like sectional couches but this one was very nice. Downtown Winnsboro is walking distance but if you stay in, you can enjoy the deck with a book and wine. Small fenced yard for your dog too! We go to Winnsboro often and will visit this property again.
