- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to guests or any difficulties with check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with a 18 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded we will charge the excess after check-out, at the amount of R$1.20 per kWh.
- The property's electricity voltage is 110W. Only the air conditioning, showers, cooktop and electric oven are 220W.
