Welcome to Sugar Beach 201 – a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 4 and is perfect for your next beach getaway.

The Queen master suite features a luxurious tile walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a second updated bathroom with a tub and custom tile surround. The condo is tastefully decorated in a charming coastal theme and includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes at the brand-new Polywood table and chairs.

Sugar Beach offers fantastic amenities, including four outdoor pools and the beloved on-site “Sugar Shack” snack bar—perfect for poolside drinks and bites.

Conveniently located on the Gulf, this condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled beach vacation.

Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked with any appliances needed for cooking. The beach was great! The only issue was that the condo was smaller than expected.

Nice accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was very helpful. Please know that there are some renovations being made to parking area. Make sure to visit the shrimp and crab place across the street. The red shrimp was delicious. Also go to state park pier especially in morning to see dolphins. Cost to park is $15 and to go on the pier $3 per person. But it is good all day. The condo is clean. Towels very nice. Beds very comfortable.

The property was exactly as described. It was in close proximity to the beach with an ocean view, it was very clean and comfortable and the building provided ample parking and carts to transport your luggage to the unit. Jonathan, our host, was very friendly and responsive. I would stay at this location again.

Wow! What a gem! Our stay at Sugar Beach was absolutely perfect! The location is as close to the water as possible and the 4 pools on the property make you feel like you’re at a much more expensive resort. Jonathan was excellent and attentive, an absolutely phenomenal host! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots of little extras! It was so nice to be provided with things like laundry detergent & fresh coffee pods. Accessing the property was a breeze! I can’t recommend this property enough. For the cost, Sugar Beach is the place to stay!

Sunshine, Sugar beach

Stop - are you looking for the perfect spot to relax and recharge? I traveled for a long weekend girlfriend get away and this unit was the perfect for the four of us- everything we needed, soothing decor (very clean), you can see ocean from patio, easy access to the beach and multiple pools, snack shop serving but adult beverages & so many amazing restaurants close by! We lounged until it was time to do our pool and beach rotations… The unit had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch and dinner we treated ourselves to awesome local fare!! Next time I will definitely stay longer as there are so many places I still want to try! Sugar Beach has a new fan!!!
