We’ve been Premier hosts with VRBO for nearly 12 years. Recently, we renovated our Mediterranean-style home in Indian Wells, transforming it with new tile flooring, paint, bathrooms, lighting, plumbing, all new furnishings, and beds.

Our generously sized rooms and recent Mediterranean remodel are sure to impress guests. This property is perfect for daily living and hosting.

Step outside to discover a sparkling saltwater pool & spa, fire pit, outdoor shower, covered areas, and a spacious lot offering breathtaking mountain views.

The California Desert is renowned for its amenities and services. This property seamlessly combines location, style, and functionality, making it an ideal choice for your stay.

The property features four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds, each equipped with all the necessary amenities. You’ll also find four bathrooms, complete with heating, air conditioning, WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Conveniently located, the property is just 0.8 miles from IW Coffee, shops, dining establishments, grocery stores, The Nest, and various services. It’s also only a 1.0-mile drive to Indian Wells Golf Resort and a 2.3-mile drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Situated in a great neighborhood south of Hwy 111, you’ll have easy access to everything you need.

We had an amazing stay in Indian Wells! We especially loved the outdoor space, beautiful new swimming pool, and fire pit. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with groceries, coffee shops, and more just a short distance away.The home had a great layout for our family, was comfortable, and was nicely furnished. Would definitely stay again!

The property was lovely. The pool and outdoor area very enjoyable and well maintained. The house was well equipped and very clean with everything in working order. The host was helpful and available to answer any questions.

We are just so delighted! We loved the house, the decor, the pool area and citrus trees in bloom. Waking to a beautiful orange every morning was a treat!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was truly lovely, had everything you would ever need and spotlessly clean. The home has been renovated to an extremely high standard with beautiful interior and exterior furnishings/decor and felt like a brand new home. We loved relaxing in the lovely, peaceful garden, picking fresh oranges for evening cocktails on the patio, swimming in the pool and ending our night in the spa. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Jeff and Tracy were great hosts, very responsive, obviously love and care for their home and we would love to stay with them again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It’s comfortably elegant, top line appliances, everything you need. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished. Three of the bedrooms have private en suites. The pool is fabulous, large and private, with a spectacular view. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. I honestly can’t think of a single detriment. You will be fortunate to stay here. It’s that good!

This is our third home in the desert. Indian Wells is a quiet and pristine neighborhood that provides easy access to all the things we love—tennis, golf, walking, hiking, biking, dining, and soaking up the sun. As you enter the neighborhood, you’ll instantly feel a sense of relaxation and escape from the chaos of everyday life.

Inside, the space is bright, well-lit, and spacious, with tall ceilings and comfortable living areas. Almost every room offers stunning views, and you can relax by the fireplace. The property also boasts large walk-in showers and a garden tub in the master suite. Every room is equipped with a TV, ensuring that you have access to entertainment wherever you are. I believe we didn’t miss any amenities for your stay.

Outside, the property features a vast and private back area. Everything here is new, including a pool, spa, patio, furnishings, plants, grass, and even a BBQ. Imagine sitting at the outdoor fire pit and experiencing the breathtaking desert skies. You can enjoy all these amenities, along with incredible south-facing views of the mountains.
