Love this unit and this location! This was our second stay at this location. Perfect for a couple or single traveler. This building has gone through storm repair from a hurricane from a couple years ago and they have really done a great job. The pool was nearing completion as well. Booking our next stay for spring this week!

Perfect for one traveler or a couple. No renting unneeded space.. very clean, newly renovated, perfect location. You can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. The river is across the street from the front of the building. This is a top floor corner unit so you can peek over the side rail and see the sunset.

This unit is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. That balcony and view are everything! In a very old building that is determined to keep updated because of it's gorgeous location, this unit has been redone completely with no expense spared - everything has quality and taste. Direct access to the beach which is endless uncrowded perfection. (There is no pool because it is being completely rebuilt) It was a wonderful stay in every way! I was not there for a launch but I enjoyed seeing the cruise ships heading out of Port Canaveral! This trip is an excellent choice for a single female traveler because the area, building and beach all feel very safe, and there is a nice Publix nearby. Ignore the confusing check in info - you'll get 2 codes with obvious uses and that's all you need.

This is a beautiful property. Sixth floor, overlooking the beach, completely updated - this is exactly what we were looking for to escape Michigan's winter. We also appreciated that this condo was a corner unit, so there are windows on two sides allowing plenty of sunlight and a cross breeze. And, yes, you can see rocket launches right from the balcony! It's just a hour from Orlando airports and 10 minutes from I-95, so it's also easy to navigate. One downside is instructions for check in; we were confused. Unless you have to have a key, just ignore the lockbox instructions. Use the two separate codes to unlock the lobby door and the door to the unit and you're in.

Check in is odd. It’s grabbing a key out of a padlock. There has to be a better way to get the key to customers but maybe there isn’t. I heard a lot of other guests confused on what to do as well. It’s not terrible. It’s just different. The place it’s self though is amazing. Flawless. The air conditioning is super cold and some places I have stayed on here aren’t. This was and that’s important when in Florida. This condo is stunning. It’s perfect.

We stayed at Satellite Beach last week fir 4 nights.The apartment was clean and spacious and nicely furnished. We loved the wonderful seafront view but could nit make full use of the balcony due to a pigeon's nest under one of the chairs! Whilst we dare not move it, it limited our use of the rocker chairs. Rather cute, though.Views wonderful, nice beach but local amenities within walking are limited. If you have a car it's fine, though and there are some nice spots a drive away at Cocoa Beach. Not many decent bars/restaurants a walkable distance.The kitchen has everything you need for making meals but would benefit from extra crockery as we barely used the dishwasher due to not having enough plates and other crockery. Whilst we knew that the apartment didn't have a washer or dryer, I missed that. There are units to use downstairs but as we were only there 4 days, it wasn't too much of a problem. But I would prefer one in the apartment itself. On the whole, a lovely place with fabulous views and would recommend for a short stay. The host was very responsive.
