José Manuel was an EXCELLENT host!! He was prompt to respond to every question! He provided great recommendations for the surrounding area. His advice to go to Cádiz, a short bus/train trip away, was spot-on! The location in Triana was perfecto, and all I had to do was walk out the door for vibrant street life, cafe con leche, groceries, restaurants, and the bridge to Sevilla. The space was cozy and quiet, and had eveything I needed. A true, lovely Spanish experience. : ) I LOVED it.GRACIAS, José!!

This was a proper home from home- it had everything we needed and the location was just perfect. So easy for exploring Triana, its ceramic shops, amazing tapas bars (special mention to the cafe on the corner opposite - fab for breakfast and dinner alike!) and just a short walk to the bridge to get to the other side of the river (3-4 mins walk). Manuel from the agency was so helpful and gave us some great tips for places to visit and see.The food market was wonderful! We can’t wait to visit again- thank you!

This was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed at. It was clean, central, and extremely quiet. It was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Would book again without a doubt.

Communication with the host was easy and even though we were delayed reaching the property this was not an issue. We were met outside the door leading to a small courtyard where the apartment was. Apartment was presented well, kitchen and living area was nice, bathroom was clean and the bedroom was clean. Towels were provided. Overall a nice place to stay. Would stay again.

Nice apartment in Triana

My wife and I stayed at this rental during our trip to Sevilla. We had a great time because this place is so perfectly located (no more than a half hour from just about everything). Very comfortables bed and very quiet at night. Lots of restaurants nearby and lots of shopping options on the street as well. Lovely place in lovely neighborhood. Felt very safe both day and night. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The location of the unit was absolutely ideal in the Triana district. And while on the main street, on the weekend of the futbal Cup of Spain with partygoers everywhere, you could not hear a thing in the apartment. Food stores nearby. And of course tons of restaurants. Sevilla is a great city with a happy mix of history, a glorious past, with a modern and vibrant vibe. A note of high importance, the owner, José Manuel, is fantastic and the type of owner that will go out of his way to make your stay memorable and perfect. He took care of a package we wanted to receive in Sevilla, receiving it at his personal place, and delivered it to us in our absence, leaving it safely in the apartment. All in all, highly recommended!

Awsome apartment. Not to be missed!

My short trip to Seville has been awesome thanks to my stay at this lovely apparment. It's very well located, right in the Triana neighborhood. It was nice and very clean. And Jose Manuel has been very welcoming! He can show you nice places to eat delicious montaditos and to see a typical Flamenco show. I'll be back!

This was not a luxurious property, but very adequate. Location was within walking distance of all mayor Seville attractions. The property was quiet, secure and in an area with several restaurants and banking facilities. The property is well stocked with kitchen appliances, but there is no clothes dryer. The owner stopped by the first night to ensure we knew how to operate the appliances. Prior to arriving we had excellent communication with the property owner.

Short trip to Seville

We stayed in Jose's apartments 2 nights during our short trip to Seville. Apartments are comfortable and have the great location. They suitable for 2 adults or for a family with one child. Jose was friendly and ready to help. Unfortunately, we can't confirm that apartments are quiet. There is no fault of Jose in this. We had very busy first day of our trip and went to bed quite late. But early morning of the next day we waked up by very loud sounds from the street. Because of some large religious event it was impossible neither sleep nor even leave Triana during several hours. Next morning we waked up earlier than we expected too: renovation works on the ground floor began. Apartments are isolated from the usual street noise very well but every sound in inner patio is hearable in it very well too. Take dates of events in Triana into account on booking Jose's apartments.

I am glad to hear that you overall enjoyed your stay in Sevilla and please let me ad a quick note to mention that the very unusual renovation work inside patio (pipeline maintenance and associated paint labour) started between 8:30-9:00 AM, and was an absolute exception to the usual spotless calmness of the complex. Also, as you refer in your comment, “the apartments are isolated from the usual street noise very well” which makes it difficult or impossible for street sound to be heard inside, as most previous guests note in their reviews. Just let me bring here, in pursue of balanced counterview to your personal and absolutely exceptional experience, what Catherine Cooper, the previous guest to your stay in the apartment reviewed of her stay: “…and the wonderful thing about the location is that it is on a residential street with shops, restaurants, the wonderful market, but when you close the door to the apartment building, all the noise and bustle is left behind and you are in a tranquil courtyard ”. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Spain and if you ever wish to re-visit Sevilla we would be delighted to have you as our guest again (hopefully not piping repairs next time!).

Extraordinario apartament...

Extraordinario apartamento en una de las mejores zonas de Sevilla, la magnífica calle peatonal de San Jacinto, junto a la Calle Betis, en el inolvidable barrio de Triana. La vivienda se encuentra en un precioso patio andaluz, aislado de cualquier molestia y ruido, pero a un paso de toda la vida y alegría de la ciudad. El apartamento está perfectamente decorado y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos para cocinar y disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable. Todo Sevilla al alcance a pie en muy escasos minutos. Cuenta con Internet de alta velocidad y teléfono para llamadas locales, así como climatización inmediata en todas las dependencias. El propietario, José Manuel, nos atendió en todo momento con exquisita profesionalidad y la relación calidad precio es inmejorable. Absolutamente recomendable para parejas, cuatro adultos, o familias con uno o dos niños. Nosotros volveremos en los próximos meses.
