- Security cameras at front & back for your safety (none face hot tub or deck)
- NO pets allowed
- No parties or loud music – monitored via outdoor noise sensors
- Guests must remove shoes indoors
- Septic system friendly – only flush human waste & toilet paper

Use of the lake, hot tub, kayaks, and all amenities is at guests' own risk, and supervision of minors is required at all times.

After booking, you’ll receive a waiver via email that must be signed within 48 hours of receipt. It’s a simple process that helps ensure everyone enjoys their stay safely and responsibly.
