Recently updated with beautiful laminate floors and area rugs, an upgraded hearth for the wood stove, and a new living room ceiling fan. Enjoy the perfect getaway in our hunting and fishing paradise! This beautiful cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation getaway! Full kitchen including dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. New window unit air conditioner. Washer/dryer. Small deck for enjoying the sunset through the trees. Two Bedrooms - one with pillow-top queen bed, the other with two Temperpedic articulating memory foam beds for the ultimate comfort! A roll away bed is available if needed. One and one half bath - main bath has tub/shower combo. A monitor heater is available to keep you cozy! Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room with two leather sofas while watching the flat screen TV with DVR, and DVD player. HBO, Showtime, Starz and other premium channels included free of charge. Take a stroll around our year round pond, or enjoy exploring 160 acres of public land next door. Private, quiet and peaceful! This is a great spot to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful, secluded spot.

Excellent Cabin!

Several of us were traveling for work and found this gem in an area with few options. I was impressed with how clean it was. Sandi was very communicative and showed us to the cabin. She even had the refrigerator replaced the day before we arrived. The cabin is cozy, quiet, clean, and well-stocked. I will definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Excellent getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The area is beautiful, and the cabin is comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. The owner, Sandi, was gracious and kind, and available if we had any questions. I chose this place because of the great reviews... and they were right. We plan to come back.

Great stay

Amazing place! Host thought of everything…wine, chocolate, fresh eggs and various other treats for guests. She thought of everything to make you feel welcome. I can’t say enough about why you should stay here!! Very quiet and secluded but close to road too.

Amazing cabin in the woods!

We really had a lovely time in the cabin. It has everything you need, and more. Probably one of the most well equipped kitchens we have ever seen! Sandra is super helpful and always ready to answer all your queries! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely large ranch cabin stay in April

This quaint cabin was a very comfortable stay for our family and 70lb dog. We enjoyed a long walk around the beautiful property. Our teen loved driving his rc car all over in the dirt. Our dog loved all the smells! It was so comfortable and quiet. The owners were super responsive to messages. We would love to come back again.

Quiet, Cozy, and Clean! We loved it!

The guest cabin was just perfect for us! It is nicely decorated, and super clean! We made wedding hors devours for 160, with no problem! The wedding was off site, of course. The can opener was a real struggle, but we made it work. Thank you for letting us stay at your cozy ranch cabin!

Work camp

Stayed at the ranch while helping my son on his farm. Sandra was great. Left fresh eggs in fridge for us. Wonderful hospitality. Wish I could have spent more time on the property.

Truly heaven on earth

We booked this cabin because we wanted somewhere to stay between Lassen Volcanic and Crater Lake National Parks during a road trip and there weren’t many hotel options. When we arrived we were surprised by how amazing this cabin, which was conveniently located off the main road, felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. We sat on the porch and gazed at the stars at night, and cooked the fresh eggs provided by our hosts for breakfast in the morning. We didn’t think this would be a highlight of our trip when we booked the night, but it ended up being the best place we have stayed. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Weekend comfort.

My wife and I rented the cabin for the weekend with our 2 little ones (3 years old and 4 months). The cabin was perfect for what we needed. 2 bedrooms let us keep the kids in a nice and quiet are when they needed naps etc. The property was beautiful and the cabin was secluded and set back away from the other buildings. Our son particularly liked looking for deer and checking out the horse "Bandit." We stayed during a heat wave and were glad for the air conditioner, which was already on prior to our arrival and the cabin was nice & cool. Thank you, we will be back!

This cabin is really a 10 disguised as a 5!

Sandi, our host is wonderful. She came to see how we were settling in the first afternoon. She is a very gracious host. My husband mentioned he had forgotten the olive oil. Minutes after she left, Sandi came back with a bottle of olive oil! This was in addition to the dozen farm fresh eggs already in the refrigerator. The cabin was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The family room is roomy and comfortable. Everything is spotless. We loved taking the short hike down to the amazing pond. This location has it all! It is so quiet and private it was easy to nod off while reading on the deck. Not to mention, it was within 30 minutes of all the planned kayak paddles for our group. We look forward to our next visit!

Week in Paradise

Stayed here for a week to attend the McArthur Cutting...what a wonderful experience! The property is so peaceful, yet close to McArthur, excellent dining (we loved Crumbs, ate there twice) and world class fishing. From the minute you drive into the lovingly maintained ranch, every detail is attended to. The cabin and all interior amenities are brand new and spotless, everything you need (fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms) and additional extras above and beyond the listing are provided. We enjoyed strolling the grounds to see the friendly horses in the beautiful barn and the local wildlife spotted down by the pond. (Deer, quail and fox). I brought my easel and had fun painting the gorgeous landscape. While all was perfect with the property, the real treat was to meet the owner Sandi...she is a gem and is so kind and accommodating, making you feel comfortable and welcome. (but she gives you your privacy and even left treats for our dog...and chocolate for us). Thank you for opening up your special ranch for guests...we will definitely recommend your cabin and hope to come back and stay next year!

After searching for several years, we were thrilled to find our property in Pittville. We enjoy amazing neighbors, spectactular views and the peace and serenity of life in the country. We have an apple orchard that produces a nice crop of apples each fall.

From most spots on the ranch, you can enjoy amazing views of the surrounding valley and mountains. The cabin is tucked away, so the outlook is more trees and a peek at the year round pond, but take a walk and you'll discover one of the many reasons we love our ranch - the views take your breath away!
