Queen-sized bed (160 cm x 200 cm) featuring a memory foam mattress. Bed linens provided.
Sofa bed that can accommodate up to three guests. Please tell us your preferred set up.

Historic two part apartment, access your private kitchen and private bathroom by walking across a short landing through the common spiral stairwell. See photos. Kindly acknowledge this unique feature before securing your booking.

Lovely stay at this property, fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Easy to walk to all key sights and nearby cafes/ restaurants/ bakery. Apartment beautifully furnished and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Bern.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment in Bern. From the moment you reach the front door and open the apartment it blows you away with how lovely it is. Very well located, in a great city. We used it as a base to explore many locations in Switzerland and it was so convenient. The hosts were also really helpful at all times. Thank you for a great stay!

What an incredible property! The hosts are amazing and strive to create a 5 star experience for their guests achieving the goal easily. From the quality linens to the modern kitchen and excellent furnishings the guest’s comfort is considered. The location of the property is exceptional-within walking distance to all major landmarks and the train station. Another great stay in Bern!
This is our second time staying at a Rob and Sarah property. It's so comfortable it feels like home. It's wonderful to have everything Bern has to offer right outside the door.

Perfect spot for exploring Bern and surrounding area
Family fit comfortably in this perfect apartment. Loved the details— coffee, dishwasher, washing machines, even the pasta and sauce that was left for us was eaten. Thanks for a great stay

Family Holiday
Absolutely the best location if you want to be surrounded by activity and in a gorgeous, historical setting!!! But quiet for as much activity is going on outside. The apartment is comfortable, very clean and kitchen adequately stocked. Rob and Sara were very gracious and helpful hosts and very quick to respond. Would stay here again without hesitation!!!

Amazing Apartment
A true gem - an historic home right in the city center. We felt like long time residents. Everything was close, market, restaurants, shops. Rob and Sara are wonderful, and very attentive to the details of our stay. We can't wait to go back.

Bern Getaway
The apartment was terrific and centrally located to all of the sites of Bern/train station. Rob and Sara were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend renting this apartment!!!

Great spot
We enjoyed our time at Rob and Sarah’s apartment. Right off the Zytglogge tram stop in the heart of Bern. Apartment was spacious and clean. Note it is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor to Americans) up a spiral staircase- no elevator.

A special place in Bern
We loved our ten-days-stay in this beautiful apartment that quickly felt like home for us! The location is unbeatable, close to the central station, in the middle of old town, Bärengraben, Zytglogge, theatre, … all within walking distance. And living in the old rooms feels like time travelling.
Sara and Rob have been super friendly and the perfect hosts!

Beautiful Bern
We enjoyed our time in Bern-- and the location the apartment made our time even more enjoyable. The set up is a little different-- with the bedroom/living room on one side of the hall and bathroom/kitchen on the other side. The apartment was very comfortable, and being located in the Old Town-- provided easy access to the sites.

better than the photos
We loved the accessibility to the historical center of the city, The accommodations were very clean and well-equipped.
Our host was very helpful with providing information about taking local trains. We would have happily avoided calling her if this travel information had been available in a binder in the apartment. Overall, it was a unique kind of space that we would return to.

We're glad to hear you appreciated the apartment. As reference for future guests, we provide an amazing place to stay in the old town. However, your transportation needs are not met by our services. Switzerland has one of the best, if not the best transportation systems in the world and is very easy to access via the main train station in Bern.

Outstanding apartment
Outstanding apartment with absolutely unique interior, especially the oven from the 18. century. Located in the heart of the city, absolutely quiet at night. Very well equipped kitchen. Access uncomplicated. Highly recommendable. Comes with free public transport in Bern.

Great location, old world charm
Place was quite unique, historic and close to a lot of great restaurants, attractions and trains . Laundry on main floor, pay via we wash app. (Took all morning to wash and dry:) Spiral Stairs going up are tight. Bed is comfortable. Good wifi and well stocked kitchen. More coffee would have been great as we didn’t know where to get more pods from , but you can grab espresso right across the street where there’s a lovely courtyard garden. Cathedral is a few min away. Go up the tower for a great view of city! Bern is a quaint and beautiful city, we had a great stay at this vrbo.
