Hit me up for an invite for are private New Years Eve Blue Grass get together there are only 50 guest including 10 musicians that are nationally known very exclusive ... serving Dinner new years and the day before .. this invite is very private Rsvp ... Just thought you guys would enjoy something spectacular..

Awesome place! Peaceful spot out in nature. Has all you need and is a great home base to go out and explore the area. Lots of cool springs and the Suwanee River nearby!

Wonderful cabin for someone who wants to be off and away. Very peaceful very relaxing and very comfortable. You have everything you need, in à very clean and inviting place. I enjoyed very much my stay and hope to be back soon and often. Plenty to do if you are so inclined with many springs, beautiful rivers and charming little towns nearby. Old Florida at its best. Thank you Stacey for providing such a wonderful retreat.

We were immediately greeted by a cat named Friendly, who turns out the property is named after. The cabin is very cozy and had everything we needed. Very hospitable owners and would recommend to anyone trying to get away for a peaceful and secluded weekend.

What a wonderful stay. Everything was spot on. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nature was calling all around us. Peaceful, serene and friendly. Already thinking about returning!!!

Are Stacy was incredibly nice. The property was very cute and perfect for what we needed it for. Only about a mile to river access. Everything was clean and he had extra little things that we didn't think we would need like a Bluetooth speaker and kitchen equipment. We will definitely book again here soon.

Not only did this property meet all of my expectations, they exceeded them. The cabin was cozy and very clean. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay there. I will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Great host and property. After one night, I have booked another 6 nights. I am in Mayo for work and needed a relaxing place to stay. After testing motels in Mayo and Perry this place is my favorite. Quiet, well maintained, excellent host and the right price. Remote work-no problem your Internet connection is excellent. Thank you for the personal approach to your guests. This is a hidden GEM

The cabin had everything I needed for my stay. The bed sheets were clean. It had a convenient bathroom with toilet and hot shower. There was also a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, and sink. The best part was the TV with streaming channels and wifi. Thanks for a nice stay.

Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly by my Host and he, very quickly, made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The linens smelled wonderful! The property is out in the boonies and very quiet. It was exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. Thank you again 😊
