Originally built in the late 1800s, it was one of the first residences in Randolph and still proudly showcases its vintage brickwork, detailed wood trim, and timeless character. 🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
👥 The base rate includes up to 9 guests. An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding that number.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
Fire Pit Guidelines Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Please bring your own firewood and fire starter.
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
