Welcome to our beautifully preserved historic home in the heart of Randolph. This unique house combines rustic charm w/ wide-open access to some of most iconic natural and recreational destinations.
Originally built in the late 1800s, it was one of the first residences in Randolph and still proudly showcases its vintage brickwork, detailed wood trim, and timeless character. With modern comforts woven throughout, it offers a one-of-a-kind stay for families, adventurers, and history lovers alike.
1,800 Sq Ft | Sleeps Up to 10+ | Historic 1898 Farmhouse near Bear Lake
MAIN LIVING SPACE
Step into a piece of local history in this lovingly preserved 1898 farmhouse. The main living area is filled with natural light and features comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and entertainment options for all ages including board games, books, kids' books, and an Xbox 360.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up your family favorites in the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and all the essentials. Gather at the dining table to share meals and stories before heading out for your next adventure. We also have crockpot, air fryer, toaster, microwave and Keurig & french press coffee makers.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the wide-open space this home offers! Roast marshmallows around the 8-ft diameter firepit (bring your own firewood), fire up the propane grill, or simply relax under the stars. There's space to park dozens of vehicles, trailers, or ATVs.

Located near Evanston, Wyoming, where you can catch thrilling horse races and enjoy a lively rodeo arena during the summer season.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
👥 The base rate includes up to 9 guests. An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding that number.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
Fire Pit Guidelines Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Please bring your own firewood and fire starter.
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
