With a fully equipped kitchen, bright natural light, and a smart layout, Unit 2 offers the comfort of privacy with the convenience of shared space.
Located on the ground floor for easy access, it’s an excellent choice for extended stays or business trips.
Guest Access:
You’ll have private access to your unit and can enter securely with a personalized code. Inside Casa Jurel, you'll enjoy green areas, direct access to the bike path, and nearby parks. Your stay includes private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and all essential services.

Casa Jurel is located in Supermanzana 3, one of Cancún’s original and most peaceful neighborhoods, designed by urban planner Mario Pani with a vision centered on walkability, green spaces, and community living.
The “supermanzana” system allows you to walk safely between streets using tree-lined pedestrian paths, avoiding large roads and staying surrounded by nature.
This area offers a quiet, authentic side of Cancún — filled with native vegetation, local wildlife, and community parks like Jardín Jurel and Jardín Robalo, which we actively help to restore.
This is more than just a location — it’s home. I was born and raised in this neighborhood. My childhood footsteps (and even handprints) are still marked in the concrete. It’s a place that has shaped who I am, and I’m always happy to share it with others.

Avenida Bonampak, which connects you directly to Puerto Cancún and the Hotel Zone
Avenida Nader, known for its cafés, restaurants, and relaxed local energy
