Quiet, Clean and Well Stocked

Nice quiet place. Very well stocked in terms of fresh sheets, towels, & kitchen supplies. It was also clean. I would recommend this place if you are visiting Santa Fe especially if you are mainly checking out the downtown area.

We appreciated coffee for three days being provided! Great accommodations, accurately described. We had to call the front office to get the thermostat to cool down upon entry as it was stuffy and quite warm, But the room was very clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for the 10/10! We're glad you enjoyed the coffee and found the condo clean and just as described. Sorry it was warm when you arrived — we'll have our maintenance team take a look at the thermostat. Hope to see you back in Santa Fe!

A Happy Exception

This was a great experience! We've had several mediocre and some awful experiences in places like this, but this was a happy exception and I highly recommend it! We would absolutely stay here again. The value and quality are unsurpassed in our experience. Thank You!

Great Experience, Cozy Place to Stay

We had a great experience. It would have been a little easier if we didn't have so many stairs to climb up and down. But it was a cozy place to stay. Thank you!

Very nice!

It was very comfortable. And for the most part quiet but there was some noise due to construction. The inside was very nice but the grounds seemed unkept and the outside furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on and quite dated.

Great Location, Depends on the Unit

I give this place 4.5 stars. It is the second time I've stayed here and your stay will depend a lot on the particular unit you stay in. I loved the living room, kitchen and dining room of our two bedroom two bath unit. The 2 bathrooms were clean and functional. I have two reasons for not giving it five stars. First there is no washer dryer in either unit I've stayed in so if you are looking for a long term renter that would be a bother and second the carpet in the bedrooms was rough (this was also the case the in the one bedroom I previously stayed in. It's about a 13 minute walk to the plaza but a way from town enough to be very quiet. There is also a hiking trail right by the complex which makes it a great location.

If you are looking for a stay with a Pool and a Hot Tub, choose a different location. You don't find out until the notification on check in details 5 days before you stay that the Pool and Hot Tub hours are only 9am to 6pm. Too late to cancel and hours are not posted anywhere in the description. So if you are looking to go back to your room after dinner and relax in the pool/hot tub after a long day of walking, you can't. The Pool/Hot Tub is why we choose this property and never could use it. So then hanging out in the room to watch something the internet speed was inconsistent so sometimes your show would low and play, other times it was 15-30minutes for something to load and play.Room was clean, beds comfortable and nice, decor perfect for the area, the issue was no advanced notification about pool hours when booking your stay and nothing on the reviews to indicate this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I am truly sorry for the frustration regarding the pool and hot tub hours as well as the spotty internet during your stay. We completely understand how disappointing it was not to be able to unwind in the evening, and we apologize for the lack of advance notice about the schedule, which is set directly by the HOA building management. We are glad you enjoyed the clean room, comfortable beds, and local decor, and we truly appreciate your honest feedback as we work with our team to improve communication for future stays at Fort Marcy.

Cute little spot!

The condo was a cute little spot and the area was quiet and tucked away from the busier parts of town. Will definitely be back!
