Please note:



RFID amenity cards are required for access and can be purchased for $15 per card.

Each RFID card is valid for three days.

Access is limited to the amenities listed above.

Reunion's water park is not included.



Guests may also arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses directly through Reunion. Any reservations and fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is one of Central Florida's premier gated resort communities, known for its beautifully maintained grounds, championship golf courses, scenic walking paths, and convenient location near Orlando attractions.



Beyond the gates, you'll find a wide variety of dining, shopping, entertainment, water parks, outdoor adventures, and family-friendly experiences just a short drive away.



Please observe the community speed limit of 25 MPH and remain mindful of residents and golf carts throughout the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The community is gated and monitored by 24-hour security, offering peace of mind throughout your stay.



Parking is available for up to two vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Housekeeping & Supplies



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival.



As a self-catering vacation home, starter supplies are provided but are not replenished during your stay. Guests will find:



Shampoo, conditioner & body wash

Hand soap

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

Laundry detergent pods (up to 2 loads)

Paper towels

Trash bags

Dish soap & sponge

Coffee maker

Salt, pepper & cooking oil

Check-Out



Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



To allow our housekeeping team adequate time to prepare for incoming guests, unauthorized late departures may result in fees of up to $300.
