The space
No sharing a space or bumping into anyone else – this beautiful 2 bedroom loft with a fireplace is all yours! Snuggle up with a good book or have a romantic night in front of the fireplace watching the city lights. If you like to cook, we have a full size kitchen equipped with range, microwave, Sub Zero refrigerator w/ ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, and plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. if you wish to prepare a meal and dine in. We can help with grocery suggestions from the Cermak Fresh Market, Milwaukee Public Market or Metro Market all just a short distance away. Or there are over 30 restaurants of all types from Sushi to California Cuisine and Noodle/Rice Bowls or Burgers and Indian take out all within easy walking distance.

On festival weekends, enjoy the view of fireworks right from the comfort of the couch. And during the day walk to all the great stores - furniture, clothes, wine, gifts, paper and art supplies store and more. Try the unusual ice cream or chocolate and wine pairing store just 2 blocks away. Take a Pilates class right in our building or try a float in the sensory deprivation tank just 2 blocks away.

Indoor fireplace, professional style kitchen, master bathroom/bedroom with large walk in closet. We have the Master bedroom set up with a King bed and the second bedroom as two twins. We also can accommodate with pull out beds or air mattresses for the 5th and 6th person.

Public transportation within blocks to trains, planes, buses and the ferry make this an easy place to get to and fifth floor views, inviting spacious interior, indoor parking available for a fee make this a hard place to have to leave!
Other things to note
From March through December we require a 2 day minimum stay with a Saturday night lodging, though we may at times make an exception if our housekeeping staff is willing to clean more often between guests.

Because the Loft is so spacious and the kitchen so fabulous, we know it is tempting to invite more people over for a party, meal or stay. However, if you are having more people than the guests you have registered, you will need to get prior approval from us and we will add on additional guest fees or a party room fee or we will need to charge your security deposit after the fact if you don't work it out with us upfront.
