Charming and Quiet House in Battle Creek on Private 7 acres!

This charming private home is perfect for families, couples, weekend golf trips or a group retreat. The home is fully furnished and can sleep 8 - with 2 private bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed), 2 bathrooms and a loft with 4 twin beds for additional sleeping. We also have a pack-n-play for the littlest guest!

This home is semi-secluded on 7 acres of property but close to all area amenities including Kellogg Arena, area golf courses, Binder Park Zoo and a short drive to both downtown Battle Creek and Marshall. The house is just a few short miles from I-94 for easy traveling and in the heart of it all. We have a fully equipped kitchen, grill, outdoor fire pit and enclosed porch for quiet mornings and evenings.

We would love to host you and your family and friends while you enjoy a peaceful time in the center of it all.

The pictures on the Vrbo site do not do this place justice. It is absolutely charming and the grounds are beautiful. I cannot say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even appearedWith an iron and ironing board when they learned we were going to a wedding and needed to press our cloths. This was a perfect place for use to stay.

Great home! Clean and plenty of space for 8 adult women to spread out and relax. Comfortable beds and beautiful living room furniture. The BBQ grill was in rough shape, it was rusty, the flavorizer bars were almost nonexistent and only one side of the burners worked. We brought ribeye steaks and managed to grill but disappointed in the condition of the grill.Otherwise, great vacation home and would recommend to families or small groups for a getaway!

Very nice property. The house was great. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend. The property was manicured nicely . The host was exceptional as to cumunication. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay there again when getting together with family in the area. Location was very convenient.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we booked this property. The hosts are very responsive, great communicators, kind, and helpful. We needed to modify our arrival date, and they were very gracious in accommodating our request.The instructions on how to access the house were clear. There is no cell phone service on the property, but the hosts provided us with the Wi-Fi information prior to our arrival, so we had no issues staying connected.The house was clean, well-maintained, and the pictures accurately reflect what to expect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the bathrooms were clean, and everything was in good working order. The younger members of our group loved the loft.The property is large, quiet, and beautiful. There is a spacious grassy area where some members of our group enjoyed kicking a ball around. Our family loves nature and especially enjoyed observing a couple of little tree frogs, a fox, a wide variety of birds, and butterflies. Seeing fireflies at night made our stay absolutely magical. :)Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in the area. We will certainly be back if we happen to take a similar road trip in the future.Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great property for families. Room to play outside. Lots of flora and fauna to identify especially if you are from the Pacific Northwest. Kitchen has plenty of dishes etc. Super close to the Binder Park Zoo. Go feed the giraffes!Lynn and Brad are very responsive to questions and provided s'mores for special memories..
