Tram stop is less than a block away and takes you around the entire island Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We are dog lovers! Your pup is welcome just make sure you add your pet fee at checkout.

Getting Here

FERRY OPTIONS:
Cedar Island & Swan Quarter: Vehicle ferries (reservations required, fee applies)
Hatteras: Vehicle ferry (free, first-come-first-serve)

You might consider booking a Cedar Island or Swan Quarter Ferry in the summer you will automatically have a spot on the ferry with not worry about how long you will be in line. Plus you can rest up before your island adventures begin!!!

HOUSE RULES
1. Please read the manual located on the console table near the TV upon arrival.

2. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am and respectful behavior are required at all times.

3. This is a family-friendly space. If you have a pet please bring comfort toys, dog bed & if they have a habit of getting on furniture, covers for bed and sofa.

4. No loud parties or loud gatherings allowed.

5. Pets must not be left unattended for more than 2 hours at a time and should be crated when left alone.

6. If your pet barks excessively, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property.

7. You must read and agree to the rental agreement before booking.

8. The owner reserves the right to cancel bookings for any rule violations.

9. The cottage must be left in the same clean condition it was in at check-in.

10. Excessive messes will incur an additional cleaning fee.

11. If there are more guests than whats registered you will be charged. We only allow 4 (FOUR) people total this includes children. Any more than 2 people there is a $50 charge per person per 2 days so every 2 days it $50 for an extra adult or child

12. Guests are responsible for any damages to the cottage and will be charged accordingly.

13 .PET POLICY
- Bring your pet there bed & cover for furniture if they like to get on furniture.
- A pet fee applies to anyone bringing a pet. No Exeptions
- If you bring a pet without paying the pet fee during your reservation, you will be charged $250 as we change out certain things in cottage and prepare cottage for your pup to try to keep allergens down for guest who do not have pets.
- Pet fee is due at time of booking.
- Please message us with what breed of pup you are bringing. Our insurance will not cover PItbulls or Rotties unfortunately so we will not bw able to accommodate the breed at the cottage.
- No pets or service animals are allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, or chairs. Violations will result in an extra cleaning fee of up to $250.
- All animals must be up to date on vaccinations and must have flea treatment prior to arrival. If fleas are brought into the cottage, a $500 pest control fee will be charged.
- Do not allow your pet to roam freely. There are feral cats and other family pets in the area.
- Clean up all of your pets waste (poop) in the yard, if we have to clean up dog waste we do charge extra cleaning fee.And please clean up poop when walking your pup on the island.

14. GOLF CARTS - Parking is very limited there is ONE (1) parking spot per cottage. If you rent or bring a golf cart it must be parked behind you vehicle. You can not have 2 vehicles on premise. There is a 50 cord at the charging station for your golf cart also the rental company supplies a cord for you.

- PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. We are not responsible for Natural Disasters, Family Illness or Any Other Reason You Can Not Make It To The Island For Your Reservation. We are not going to rebook for other dates as we are listed in several differs rental programs and work full time jobs and do not have time to look through them all and figure it out for you.

Rates & Fees
1) Rate covers up to 2 guests in bedroom.
2)Additional guest: $50 per 2 day stay. This covers extra Sheets for loft bed and towels.
3) Linen fee for loft $35 per bed even if just 2 guests occupy cottage
4) Pet fee: 1 pet only aloud in cottage. $100 per stay (limit 1 dog, 50 lbs or less) You are responsible for vacuuming cottage daily when a pet is involved.
5) NO WET PETS ARE ALLOWED IN COTTAGE. If your dog went swimming you must wash them off at hose provided and let them dry on the deck. There is a gate behind the front door inside the cottage. Doo Not use our towels for your pets.
6) Pet on Sofa or Bed $250 cleaning fee will be added Bring covers for sofa, beds or chairs if pets tend to jump up on there.
7) No smoking ANYTHING/ Any type of vaping indoors $350 cleaning fee for
violations.
8) No Pachouli (soap, oils or spray) of any kind can be used inside the cottage. We will charge $200 to have an Ozone machine brought in to remove smell.
9) There are throw blankets for snuggling the sofa or for an extra one in bed. Check the baskets and drawers. After use please do not put them away as we will wash them after your stay. Just put them at the foot of the bed with the other bedspreads and blankets.
