Charming remodeled farmhouse, 2.5 miles from downtown Oberlin: country freedom w/ city comforts. There is ample parking, large deck with a retractable cover and fenced in backyard featuring a pavilion and bar-b-que area. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with scenic views. Situated on 40 acres of farmland. Laundry facilities are available.

We're also only a 40 minute drive to Cedar Point!

Wonderful, cozy place to stay. Great backyard for the dogs. Stocked with everything you need and more. The host was very nice and thoughtful. So quiet and convenient to everything you need. we hope to be able to return again.

The host left us snacks and full breakfast ingredients which was really lovely. Plus toiletries in case we needed them. It was very thoughtful. The house was spacious and it was easy to get to Oberlin college from there.

Thiswas the second time thatI stayed in this home. Great condition and very clean. Communication was timely and they were responsive to questions. The breakfast and snacks were an excellent touch. I plan to stay 2 more times in 2027. Feels like home

Nice place that suited our needs well. WiFi would have come in handy, but not having it wasn't the end of the world since we were our during much of our stay.

This was a great location for our party of 7 attending a family reunion for the nation's 250th anniversary! The refrigerator and sunroom breakfast table were well-stocked with food and paper products. The rooms were perfect for us, and the washer & dryer came in handy. The fenced yard was great for the pets we had with us. The owner called to make sure we were able to gain access on the first night. Overall, we can highly recommend this quaint property to others. You won't be disappointed!

What a unique property! The hosts definitely went over the top with supplies: dozen eggs, pack of bacon,pack of sausage, gallon of milk, pack of english muffins, 2 loaves of bread, butter, half and half, coffee, lots of snacks, crackers, and cereal--- I wish I had a whole family with me on this trip to consume all this amazing stuff!It's a little quirky, and you definitely get the feel of being transported back to an old farm house, with all it's vintage country style. Great large private backyard space (if the mosquitos don't get you!) and it's relatively convenient to Oberlin.I would come back if they implemented internet (my data plan coverage in that location was very spotty), and maybe just one queen/full sized bed :) Otherwise-- no complaints-- great place!

Lovely farm house. Can feel the solid Ohio history when you walk through the rooms. Close to Oberlin for our son's visit to see the conservatory. Lots of thoughtful things provided like toothbrushes and toothpaste and excellent selection of food and drinks.

We enjoyed staying here with our family for a quick Fall weekend getaway. It reminded us of visiting my husband’s parents’ farm home many years ago—warm, cozy, and full of charm. The hosts added so many thoughtful personal touches, from the breakfast items to the snacks, which made our stay feel extra special.

Marcia was so kind. The kitchen was stocked for our use. However, we did not have the time to enjoy all that she provided. I cannot wait until our next stay.

What a terrific place! It is extremely quiet and private, with ample space to spread out. We were in Oberlin for a wedding and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Our host, Marcia, welcomed us by stocking the refrigerator with a bounty of breakfast foods! Eggs, bacon, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee! I recommend staying here!

Lovely home away from home!

Enjoyed it very much and appreciated all the extras provided especially coffee and all etc! So enjoyed the back yard and privacy. The only thing missing was WiFi just because we are so used to having it. Great place👍

Quaint and Quiet True B&B

The Red Barn Farm House was perfect for our family to stay in for two nights. The breakfast was very thoughtful, and had a great variety to cover the tastes of all in our group. The many bedrooms and twin beds were perfect for our family, and our son also enjoyed all the cute decor. We look forward to returning in the future so we can enjoy the large backyard more with friends.

Above and beyond

First let me say that our host went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. From the breakfast items to plenty of comfy blankets. The fenced in backyard was spacious and had several comfortable seating areas. I would recommend this place to couples as well as families.
