Justin was great, house was clean and beautiful. Kids loved the pool and we had a great time grilling and hanging out, we didn’t want to leave.

The house was well suited for guests. Very spacious. The mini-suites were pleasant for our guests. The outdoor grill, fireplace, and hot tub make the evening get togethers great. The host was very communicative and took care of our every need or concern. We can't wait to stay there again!

This is a beautiful home, with a wonderful backyard, perfect for a long-term vacation. The three comfortable bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is an extra room with a twin/full bunk bed. The house was clean, and well-equipped with towels and linens, and the kitchen had plenty of the necessities. Justin was very responsive to any questions or concerns during our stay. The house stayed relatively cool so we only used the air conditioner a few times, even with temps in the 80s and 90s. Would highly recommend this home and it's host.

The property was beautiful. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and the host was extremely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The pool and hot tub were great, our 4 kiddos had a blast swimming every day of our trip. The home was exactly as advertised, very clean, and had tons of space for us to play and work. The neighborhood and surrounding area were full of things to do, great restaurants and activities for the family. If you visit in the summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day you can use the Anthem water park which was only minutes away. Our kids had a blast there and Justin was super helpful in getting us squared away with access. If you love Sedona and some of the northern Arizona areas they are all writhin a reasonable drive from here. We were close enough to head up to Sedona for hiking and sunsets several times on our trip. We come to Arizona every year and this was, by far, one of our favorite stays. We will definitely be returning!
