A car is recommended for getting around. The home has a large driveway for easy parking, and you’re just a short drive from shops (including Tannersville Crossings Outlets), restaurants, ski slopes, and hiking spots. Ubers and taxis are available, but limited—best to bring your own vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Noise Considerations: While our home is designed for fun and relaxation, please respect neighbors and keep outdoor movie and game room noise at reasonable levels after 10 PM.

Parking: Ample parking is available on-site.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. Cleaning fees may apply.

Weather-Dependent Activities: Outdoor movies and playground access depend on weather conditions and may be limited during storms or extreme temperatures.

Accessibility: Some nearby trails and activities may involve uneven terrain or moderate hiking difficulty; please plan accordingly.

Local Attractions: Several nearby parks and trails offer varied outdoor experiences, including hiking, wildlife viewing, and water activities. Some may require entrance fees or permits.

Safety First: Please supervise children at all times when using the playground, game room equipment, and outdoor spaces.

Waivers: Some activities on the property require a waiver to use them. Please inquire with host about using the pool and the playground. A waiver will be provided to sign and send to the hosts.
