Our cozy homes are located in Linn Valley Lakes, offering the serenity of a retreat and the activities of a lake community. relaxation in mind! The top floor consists of a master bedroom, master
bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor deck that enables
you to enjoy the wooded retreat. The bottom floor has another living area
with a trundle bed, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and workstation and leads out to a patio that covers the full back of the house. All of this is
packed into a wonderful retreat home. I fell in love with the lots that the houses sit on! I knew that I’d need to build small, relaxing and efficient houses on them so that my kids could come stay and we could be together. I live in the community and know how much it has to offer and enjoy the proximity to the Kansas City area.
